Has issues getting orders correct.

There were multiple crew members standing around doing literally nothing. Several people were not wearing hats or nets over their long hair. It took me 11min for me to get from the ordering speaker to the pay window. Another 8min to get my food. When I pulled off in to the parking lot next to the location, my food was cold. I will NOT be returning to this location!

First of all i love comming here the food is always hot and fresh, the service is outstanding, they never fail to make my day! When I walk in it is very clean, the environment is amazing to sit and eat in. When I come through the drive through the curly headed ginger is always so friendly, very good at making conversation and giving me fresh food every time. Never disappoints, highly recommend this McDonald's!

Ordered mcnuggets with honey mustard sauce at drive thru. Mcnuggets were dry. You can tell they've been sitting around. Got honey instead of honey mustard. Very disappointed.

The customer service and management is horrible. The app is silly and there was a glitch to begin with. Usually managers are understanding but not at this location. I filled out the receipt and wanted to use the promotion for a sandwich which I've never had issues with doing showing a screen shot of the questioner receipt. The young girl (manager) tells me that I can't redeem it because I don't have the actual receipt. In that case, I could have just used any receipt that I found in the trash can. The chicken nuggets were obviously just thrown into the bag. I wasted my points that were earned on food that we couldn't even sit down to enjoy. I'm glad the kids didn't slip on whatever spilled in the play area. Get it together and do better. You just made me and my kids dinner plans down the drain. Shame on you people

If I could give negative stars I would. No matter what I order I have to pull up & wait. Ordered 2 mcflurries & I’m waiting at least 20 mins. I placed a mobile order just so I didn’t have to wait, they pulled me & I still waited 25 minutes for a MOBILE ORDER, a 10 piece nugget & a medium fry. & when you do wait the food is still cold.

Truly can say that a simple smile and wishing me to have a blessed day has me complimenting the cashier. I came today at 7am and the window cashier was a delight and honestly made the drive home a little brighter. Please give her flowers for the kindness she’s showing your guests, and thank you to that specific person!

Placed an order for pickup, got to the store at 11:30, and they had decided to close early, even though the posted hours showed they were open until 12:00. They answered the speaker and said they were closed, and they were clearly open still.

This was by far the absolute most efficient McDonald's I've ever been to. The frappe was the best one I've ever had. The breakfast food was delicious and exactly what I ordered. The employees at the drive thru have an amazing attitude. I never give reviews about fat food..however when the service and attitude and the attention to detail is on point.. they deserve to be acknowledged for their outstanding service work effectiveness outstanding performance with a genuine smile! Wish you could clone these employees and have them at every location! Thank you for a fast delicious breakfast. You all deserve a raise!

Always missing an item from order.
Nothing like being in a hurry and getting fast food only to have items missing.
Check your orders. If you can't do the minimum why pay more than minimum wage.

Was just here for lunch 09/16/25 dining room was unbearably hot asked manger why it was so hot in the dining room he very rudely said I don’t know I said your the manager right he said yes I said don’t you think you should check it out or call the tech so your customers don’t have to eat in a sweltering hot dining room he said thank you for your comment! Wow!!!
