I had 2 orders messed up at this location I then call and talked to David he is manager there he talked to me as I was a human being he help me the first time and my order still got messed up I called David back and explained what happened I met him the next day and he personally made my food and it for some reason was some of the best mcdonald's I have had big shout out to David and if your seeing this thank you very much for doing your job and going beyond it's people like you that can make someone's day so much better if anyone has a problem try to speak to David he will honestly try to fix and make what has happened alot better.

always use the app ahead of time to try to attempt the whole pulling up an wait thing. always asked to pull up and wait. not sure when there is hardly any people even ordering at night why when I order ahead I still wait for 20 min.

Probably one of the worst McDonald's in stark county! They get it wrong every.single.time. And don't even think about asking for sauces because 9 out of 10 times they forget those too. So much of my hard earned money wasted at this place. We order McDonald's almost weekly so I will be taking my business some where else.
McDonald's consistently offers slow service and more often than not, the order is wrong. Whether it's missing items or completely incorrect orders, it seems like there's always an issue. If you're looking for a fast and reliable meal, I'd recommend going elsewhere. The frustration of waiting and getting the wrong food just isn't worth it.

Placed a mobile order this evening showed up was around 730 place wasn't busy only to be left to wait at the order screen then once I gave my order number pulled to the second window only to be told to pull up and wait on my food .once I got my food I received cold soggy fries drinks in the wrong cups no drink for a happy meal , toy missing out of a happy meal.. Just amazing I know it's fast food but at least if someone has to wait for a food you would think it would at least be hot and correct.. two McDonald's in Massillon and apparently this is the one that always drops the ball.
