The manager and team leads are trying their best but the normal staff can't get orders right and are very very rude.

This is constantly a problem at this McDonald’s, but tonight there was literally nobody even in the drive-through behind me and my food come out, looking like this. Honestly, how hard is it?

As good as McDonalds can be. The best part is if you drop a chicken nugget between the seats you might find it a month later and it won’t even be moldy.. just reheat and enjoy 😂😂

I got an order from drive thru and when I look in the bag there are fries in the bottom and empty fry box (and not nearly enough fries to fill it) and the burger is just a pile of messy ingredients in the box. The girl handed me the bad and is snarky and says enjoy. I have no idea what I did to those kids but I couldn't eat that pile. I had to throw it all out drink included and get a dry sandwich from a convenience store. Disgusting service here and I wouldn't trust what they do to this food. Of course no receipt provided and can't complain to corporate without it and calling would be pointless as this is obviously normal culture for this place. $11 and 35 minutes wasted.

I don't know understand how a place can be so consistently awful. From forgetting items to lying to customers to giving 10 fries in a $4.00 large fry consistently every time.
Every new hire they bring in is just completely unfriendly. What is going on here.

We requested sauce for the nuggets, but received none. Upon returning to the counter, we inquired if we could have some sauce for the 40 chicken nuggets. We requested sweet-and-sour and ranch, but it seems they decided to provide barbecue sauce instead.

I went to this McDonald’s and received a burger that was visibly undercooked. When I brought it back, they confirmed it wasn’t cooked properly but refused to give me a full refund because I had eaten some fries. I explained that I didn’t feel safe eating any of the food after finding the burger raw, but the staff immediately gave me attitude and acted like the refund was coming out of their own pocket. Even after calling the store manager, they still refused to make it right. I left disappointed and won’t be returning. Food safety shouldn’t be treated like an inconvenience. They offered to remake but if they couldn’t do it right after the first time why would I comfortably trust the second time. Especially being that comfortable to be that rude at work

I get to the menu at the drive thru and wait a couple ended up asking if I could give my order. She gets on the microphone ask what I would like say a number 1 large with diet coke and a double cheese burger. Gives me the price I goto the window and im waiting for 12 minutes never told me why then hand me my food I leave im missing my double cheese burger fries are hot so I figured I was waiting on them. Big Mac was good as well. The waiting was ridiculous when it 10 at night and I was the only one in line.

So I ordered the hot cakes with sausage and when I got the food it was cold and raw also on top of that that sausage was pink and the pancakes were hard as a rock I will be calling corporate about this and I will NEVER GO BACK

The manager Chris is extremely rude. I ordered a mobile order, stood at the counter while he was on his phone, not behind the counter. When I said I had a mobile order he said it's over here where no one would know where it's at and I said wow no one would know it's over here and he said yeah we should put up a sign and I said yeah you should thanks have a good day and he said you don't have to have an attitude I said excuse me? He said it again and I said you are the rude one then he said he was gonna call the police on me when I said I would report him to his higher ups. I called left a message for the management company letting them know how rude he was. Believe me if I had an attitude there would have been no question about it. He was rude so I was rude right back. Good luck Chris I hope you have a better day and get fired.

It is 9:38pm oct 11,2025 go to walk inside its locked lobby doesn’t close until 10!
Had to use restroom so bad then was going to order food but had to go elsewhere

Supposed to be a 24hr store and they say they’re are closed at midnight and others might they well say they are closed at 11pm this is the worse McDonalds in all of start county
