This location is in the worst shape I have ever seen a McDonald’s. The bathrooms were discusting. The food was cold 2 days in a row. The sweet tea was suger water at best. Second day I was there I opted for a coke. No ice in the ice machine. Stood at counter 5 minutes to get help. Not a good location if you can go somewhere else I would. However it does have truck parking which is why I have no choice but to stop here. I would say a leadership change is in order as the manager played on her phone the whole time I was there the one day.

They have a habit of closing the dining room up to two hours earlier than what's posted. If you wanna close at 8pm, say that on the doors.

I don’t understand the point of being open 24/7 if you guys are closed every night. All of the lights are on screens are on, but I’m told you guys are closed every night.

My wife stopped and got me a bacon egg and cheese bagel this morning and the moment I opened the wrapper it smelled like cigarettes. It was as if someone ashed out a cigarette onto it and continued to chain smoke next to it. I attempted to eat it and took one bite but it tasted like I was eating the ashes out of an ash tray and I had to throw it away

This McDonald’s seems to always be very dirty inside. Food isn’t great but sometimes you get lucky. It’s convenient at times but not often. Management needs to step up.

Attempted to order breakfast at this McDonald's location this morning and to No Surprise due to McDonald's low quality and poor effort as well as the level of effort that has come to be expected of guy cicchini Enterprises instead of ordering any food I actually got screamed at because of an employee's incompetency not comprehending the difference between a hot cake and a McGriddle and she decided to take that frustration out by screaming at me because I told her I did not understand what she was asking me when she was trying to explain some form of difference between a McGriddle cake which again I believe it's just simply called a hot cake and not a McGriddle that's the sandwich for witch I was trying to order. Anyway, the point is dont sream at customers you've managed to confuse they tend to go spend money at competitors just down the road. Although Dairy Queen is probably great full to you.

Always slow and usually mess the order up somehow. Sucks this is the only close one to me. Waited over 30 mins for an online order, 4 cars behind me recieved their order before I did. Order was only 2 fries and 2 chicken items. Good to mention, there was only 2 cars in front of me when I pulled up so they were not busy yet. Thought ordering online was supposed to be faster, guess it's just faster to make them do the app deals at the drive-thru, if I wouldve done it that way then it would've saved me 15 mins.

Horrible customer service! Wait over 5 minutes in drive thru for mobile order for them to take other lanes order first. Excuse was 2 different headsets and busy. No was in drive thur and employees on sitting in hobby
