This might actually be have won the award for the absolute worst McDonald’s in the country. I mean in every single catagory. This is the absolute dirtiest place with the rudest people, and that’s if they have even made it past the 3rd grade because the amount of common sense in the whole building combined is about as much as a flea. They will screw up your prefer regardless of what time of day it is and it doesn’t matter if you order a lot or one item they WILL screw it up and you will wait so long that you could have made it yourself twice as fast. This please needs to do the entire community a favor and completely shut the doors and don’t open up anywhere else. These guys couldn’t even operate a lemonade stand

They never get our order right. Terrible service. It doesn't matter when you go . Absolutely terribly ran location. I recommend to drive the extra bit to go to any other McDonald's

How do you read my order to me and say nuggets with barbecue and not put any barbecue sauce In the bag. You literally said with barbecue. Not to mention my Mc doubles were so cold the cheese didn’t melt. Now I wish I had got a receipt. I wish Jackson had burger king

The workers here are nice, but I don't think my order has ever been correct. Today I ordered a sausage bagel with no egg. Get to my destination, and it's an egg and bacon bagel. I should have checked it before I left but I was in a hurry. I stopped coming to this location for a while and wanted to give them another chance. Always check your bag before you leave the location. Getting an order correct is not a high priority for them.

I believe this is a good McDonald's. There are noticeable discrepancies within all McDonald's on how you're served being a drive thru order vs. Ordering inside. They seem to care more about the inside orders. The people that get their orders made wrong are generally drive thru in my experience or someone who ordered at the counter and it feels as if SOME McDonald's employees are trained to get upset at you and have a serious attitude if you order at the front instead of using the kiosk.

If you go through the drive thru, make sure you check that you got everything. They forget things for us almost every time. Sometimes it’s just sauces, but other times it’s entire sandwiches.

I had ordered a delivery order Friday night @ 11:32pm, I ended up falling asleep just to wake up & the restaurant had cancelled my order at 12:31. I called the restaurant on Tuesday to talk to a manager & he said they don't give refunds because they have been getting a lot of complaints like this and then made it seem the CUSTOMERS are the one trying to pull one over on the restaurant. I then called the number on the app & she said she didn't see a refund being issued. Needless to say, I filed a dispute with my bank & got my money back the moment I submitted my claim. This is absolutely disgusting....you have someone in your restaurant trying to get one over on the customer's!!! I'm highly disappointed THEY cancelled my order AND kept my money!!!!
