I had ordered a delivery order Friday night @ 11:32pm, I ended up falling asleep just to wake up & the restaurant had cancelled my order at 12:31. I called the restaurant on Tuesday to talk to a manager & he said they don't give refunds because they have been getting a lot of complaints like this and then made it seem the CUSTOMERS are the one trying to pull one over on the restaurant. I then called the number on the app & she said she didn't see a refund being issued. Needless to say, I filed a dispute with my bank & got my money back the moment I submitted my claim. This is absolutely disgusting....you have someone in your restaurant trying to get one over on the customer's!!! I'm highly disappointed THEY cancelled my order AND kept my money!!!!

Took over 5 minutes to get a mobile ordered large coke handed to me through the drive through. Guy was just standing there behind the window after handing me a medium iced tea that wasnât right, like it takes that long to grab a large coke?

The old âasked to pull ahead in the drive thruâ for a coffeeâŚ.
We went thru the drive thru, so 1st of all there was no silver ware to be able to eat my pancakes and sausage with. Then when my daughter went to unwrap her egg and sausage wrap you could tell it wasn't fresh so she took it back in and told them that she needed a fresh one and they were not very polite to her.
Ordered a burger with no onions and they couldn't even be bothered to scrape them all off the already made burger they gave me, that I order that way so I don't have to do it myself. I'm not lov'n it.
Pay attention to your customers. I walked out because I was consistently ignored by multiple employees.

The caramel frappe is so refreshing! I wish they would add them to the online app deal buy 1 get 1 free shakes and flurries.
I absolutely love the McDonald's online app! It has saved my family so much money! Living under Bidenomics makes buying dinner out almost impossible, but the savings given by the app makes up for Bidinflation.
Kid-friendliness: During the school year this location has to close the dining room when Jackson Township Schools end for the day because the students disrespect employees, refuse to follow store policies and make a mess.
I've also witnessed this behavior by students next door at the Marathon/Subway.
