My wife and I visited your location on 1/27/25. We both had the potato soup. She had a cup with a sandwich while I had the bowl with no sandwich. Apparently, the only difference between the bowl and cup is that the bowl is bigger. However, you only filed it with the same amount as a cup. You have permanently lost my business!

I have been coming to Panera since it opened. Food is still good although a little pricey but that didn’t bother me. But the service lately has gone down hill. I ordered two soups for myself and a friend only to be argued with by the staff when I asked why one of the soups didn’t come with bread. They said I had to pay for the bread that the soup didn’t come with. Unbelievable
