I have been coming to Panera since it opened. Food is still good although a little pricey but that didn’t bother me. But the service lately has gone down hill. I ordered two soups for myself and a friend only to be argued with by the staff when I asked why one of the soups didn’t come with bread. They said I had to pay for the bread that the soup didn’t come with. Unbelievable
I got the full size apple salad with a baguette. A regular drink and 1/2 priced scone. Everything was delicious. My issue was the size of the salad. For almost $14 it need to be much larger. And the baguette piece was only about small.
First time going in there today and I was already confused by the layout idea. Why are half the drinks in the front if the building then the rest are in the back? I went to go grab my pick up order and they didn’t pack all my stuff, so I went to the counter and waited about 3-5 minutes for the manager to finally come out.
