Came in to order a pizza to go, all the employees were standing around in the back talking and ignoring me. I had to call out loudly to get them to take my order. They even have a bell on the door so not sure how they didn't know I was there. very poor service.

I ordered online, which was easy enough. I walked in at 4:30pm and watched 7 employees (2 were adults) work for what seemed like forever. It was incredibly strange to be unacknowledged. No one said anything to me or made any eye contact. Someone finally came and asked my name and gave me my pizzas (without an apology for the wait, or a “hello”). When I got to the car, I told my son about the experience and he said I was only in there a few minutes. Strange how long and weird it can feel to be ignored. On the plus side, my family said the pizza was delicious. 🤷🏻♀️

Ring the damn doorbell when you deliver on a cold night like tonight! Did not earn a full tip because the pizza got cold.

They were incredibly slammed tonight! BUT! The food was still delicious (even though I accidentally made it there about 25 min after my pizza was ready which is incredible to me) the workers were still very nice I actually felt bad for the workers because alot of the customers coming in to pick up their food seemed annoyed. Maybe it's because I've worked the field before but I think they did amazing!
For reference we got the GameDay special, LG pizza (specialty or 1-5topping) cheesy breadsticks and a 2lt for under $20! Plus a stuffed crust pep pizza DELICIOUS
