Code wouldn’t work online, so I showed the picture to the crew in store and they applied the deal for me without any pushback. Best Papa John’s around, always get the order right and the crew here is second to none.

First time ordering online because I didn't want to go through the bs of going to someone who barely speaks English. Never again...took over 2 hours!!. Call in or order online should never take over 2 hours! You're not that busy! Never order from them again. Do better PJ.

Today I ordered my pizza around 8pm, on the app it said my pizza would be to me by 8:50. A little longer than usual but I figured they were just busy, then 9:10 hit and I began to become a little frustrated. 9:20 then came around and I went to the store and they were talking crap about the customers who were upset that they hadn’t gotten their food and they also let me know that they were 2 hours behind on orders. The manager then let me know that the driver already left and said he should be there any second, my house is about a 5 minute drive from the restaurant, I drove home and my pizza still was not there. My pizza was not delivered until 9:45pm. I never leave reviews but this experience was terrible. We have been ordering from here for years and have never had an issue but customer service was not a thing and they did not seem to care about the issue. I didn’t ask for a refund or any of that, I’m just upset. This will be the last time I order from this location.

Slow. Pizza is never done in the time they say it will be. Very small parking lot and they can’t keep up with business. Delivery Driver was rude because we were in his unmarked parking spot all because I asked him if he needed me to move up a little so he can put pizza in the trunk of his car. So I guess it was fine I was there lol. He Barely spoke English.

Ordered pizza from PJ for the first time in many years. Ordered it well done with extra sauce just like I used to. It was absolute perfection! Cooked to perfection, perfect amount of sauce. Clean looking pizza and not thrown around. 10/10
Didn't have a great experience the other night and don't complain to much but had to and Mercedes honored our replacement and we appreciate it. Thank You Mercedes You Rock 💪
