Had the privilege of meeting Andrew when here with my wife on a date and what an experience he provided! The coffee was second to none (and they literally have the awards to prove it!).Pioneer truly knows what they're doing and their passion is evident in service and product. The atmosphere is perfect, whether you're gathering with a friend or just need a place to sit and read or work. Highly recommend this place!

I'm a long time fan of the Dalton, OH location. Finally had time to try the Massillon location - It's a really fun atmosphere; classy yet relaxing. The decor is gorgeous. Service is very friendly and welcoming. Mocha coffee is my favorite but the Syphon is a really really cool experience if you enjoy black coffee - highly recommend, great for two people.

Excellent coffee - I ordered a cappuccino- and the barista was super friendly, a ray of sunshine! I also bought a bag of beans to take home, which was excellent. Love the variety of beans from different places! Would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Honestly, hard not to say the best coffee shop I’ve been to in Ohio. It’s my favorite amongst a few across the US. This is what third wave coffee should be.Atmosphere is classy and refined. They are exceptional classic and minimal drinks and yet have some great recipients and fun drinks without losing the essence of coffee in any way.Owner and staff really care about sharing an experience, educating, and creating coffee that’ll make you stop and enjoy.Their roasting is superb and have won several competitions. I’d highly recommend them and wish I lived closer!

This is a nice little hidden gem in the area. Amazing customer service from friendly staff. The atmosphere is superb and surprisingly grand once you enter the building. Coffee was top tier and this is a great place to do some work through the day. Wish I was close enough to use this place for work meetings more often.
We stopped for coffees on a cool morning after a visit to the shrine in town. My mocha was fantastic with deep flavor. The decor is done in comfort classic. Roasting on site this place will be very big in a short time . The staff was welcoming and warm. What a classy coffee destination that needs to be relaxed to in style.

Have heard multiple times about how your hiring process is consistently negative for quite a few months. You shouldn’t be looking for extreme professionalism, while not even giving half of your applicants a response anyways.Especially considering I have never seen this place all that busy, you ought to have the time to respond to people, even when it’s a rejection. It’s just etiquette, not sure I want to support a business like this one.

Free samples so you know what you are paying for is definitely a plus.We wish we found your establishment sooner but glad we now know you exist and will do all we can to spread the word and help with your success.During my visit, I tried 4 different blends and thoroughly enjoyed ever sip from start to finish.Seating is more comfortable than you’d expect and adds to the overall experience.Their cupcakes are made with care locally with their own coffee and are marvelous!The decor is elegant, cozy, and will make you feel at home.Our Barista was very pleasant to talk to and extremely knowledgeable on anything he was serving.Don’t sleep on stopping by: make the turn and stop in to have a better experience than your everyday Starbucks/Dunkin.Follow me for more reviews of unique and fun places in Ohio and beyond..

Place is cool, atmosphere and design 5+.Employees/baristas are awesome as well.But coffee espresso macchiato is 2.I like pure espresso with foam no sugar.Taste is so sour and foam quality is low.I don’t want to lower rate on google but this is just my opinion that you guys might should change something.
