I ordered for delivery, it came 25 minutes after text saying out for delivery. The pizza came, not even warm. Had to microwave.I ordered pan crust, I got regular. Ordered extra cheese, didn't get it. Lastly, ordered the boneless wings. They had no flavor. I would not order there again.

Our order was almost an hour late almost cold when we finally got it and our order was not complete they were items missing, impossible to get a hold of anybody to explain what happened because everything goes through a call center where nobody speaks English, overall extremely dissatisfied with call center and with the inability to report the problem and get our order fixed on top of we had to microwave our pizza to warm it up when we finally got it, this is completely unacceptable and there's no way to register a complaint since nobody speaks English at the call center

Got it delivered , person was rude and food was rushed and cold . U can tell it wasn’t a fresh pizza and wings . I wanted fresh and paid and expected it fresh . It came cold and not even warm . I feel like they rushed my order

I will never order from them again. I ordered pizza at 4:50 this afternoon, it said it would be delivered by 5:26. When I called the store, the manager on the phone was very rude! It was not delivered until 6:30. It was cold! This is absolutely unacceptable!!!

Pizza Hut has the absolute worst customer experience. Website is always disgustingly slow and frustrating. It's my fault, but I accidentally placed an order to the wrong location where I used to live, and you can't even get ahold of the right location to cancel because the phone numbers all go to a call center in India where you have to be transferred and put on hold for who knows how long because I wasn't going to wait longer than the 10 minutes I already waited.

If I could give 0 I would. I placed an online order to be delivered at 6:10 so I could have dinner at work. My order was just being prepared at 6:10. Didnt get my order until my lunch break was over. Didnt even get to eat while on my shift. So now I have to eat cold food when I get home at 11pm. Why have time slots for orders to be here if I dont get my food for almost 20 mins after the time I set it to be delivered.

Haven't ordered from here in over 2 years due to quality. Figured I would give them a chance again. SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Ordered 2 large 3 topping pizzas, both were very undercooked. One thin and crispy, not so crispy, more like mushy. Second was hand tossed that was raw dough in the center of the pizza and flavorless. Toppings were very scimmpy on both pizzas for the price.

Had also ordered the brownies that were also undercooked, still very wet in the center and hard on the edges.

Have no plans to go here again in the future.

We order pizza 🍕 from this location every friday night... We have it delivered and it is always on point!!! Tonight we got the tavern cut, which is probably the best pizza.I have ever had is so delicious!!! Thought I would venture out and try something different.And i'm so glad that I did.... Thank you so much, and i'm so glad this establishment is still open because I know a lot of businesses are struggling right now. This is the highlight of my week.Friday night pizza from pizza hut!!! 🥰😍🥰😍

ordered two my hut boxes. one for girlfriend one for myself. hers was missing the toppings as well as skimped on her wings. mine was also missing all toppings as well as the wrong sauce. I also only got 3 wings On top of entirely missing the Parmesan cheese shaker I paid for. when calling the store to correct it I was hung up on initially. when calling back I was forwarded to a call center, when I asked to be transferred to the store i was put on hold for over 10 minutes ironically just before the store closed. when I finally reached an employee it was 955pm and she told me they were closed.that they couldn't fix my order tonight. absolutely horrible service.

Pizza was delayed 20 minutes I’m assuming because I didn’t tip in the drive thru.

Why even ask for a tip in the drive thru?

Pizza wasn’t even cut into slices. Had 5 pepperoni on it. Almost no cheese

He said it wasn’t made but then came back 20 mins later and said it was in the warmer.

Avoid this Pizza Hut they ain’t out pizza nobody.

I usually use the drive-thru to pick up my orders here. They're always quick and courteous. The food is consistent and always good. I drive out of my way to go to this location even when not getting food for home.
