Workers were vaping in the restaurant, not cool. I was actually ready to walk out but had already paid for our food. No server was available. Also, workers eating pizza behind the counter, this location has gone down hill.

I was very unpleased with my delivery last night, we ordered out for the first time in a while. Just to receive our meal looking like this, pizza toppings all melted together. It almost looks like you guys tossed our pizza in there or your driver shook/ tipped our Meal over in his bag.

We ordered a pizza at 7:30. The site said delivery by 920 , then it said 10 , it's now 10:20 , we called to cancel. Got put on hold by a person in another country. Waited ten minutes and nothing changed. Called again. Someone else from another country answered and said we couldn't cancel the order. And pizza hutt won't answer. So here. I am canceling the order lol

I am done with pizza hut. After 40 years of ordering it. I'm done. Been ordering from this location for over 10 years and the quality has gone so far down. The last 7/8 orders I have gotten have had missing toppings, little or no toppings on some , even when I doubled bacon there was like a handful of bacon on it. I ordered basil pesto drizzle 5 times before I actually got it on my pizza.and now tonight, they totally forgot my 8 piece boneless wings..food gets here , and is paid for and no wings. So after twenty calls to the store and was repeatedly hung up on, I get someone on the phone. Manager? No clue. They say" o yes we got them and they will be sent out and be there in twenty minutes" haha.😂 Over an hour later I get cold nasty boneless wings. That's it for me . No more pizza hut. EVER..For a few bucks more you can get the BEST pizza in town. PARK STREET PIZZA! ( in North Canton) Amazing. I recommend to the manager of this " pizza hut" check it out. See what pizza can be :) see my review* 😉

We ordered three pizzas, one was a stuffed crust. This is the second time ordering a stuffed crust and it is crap! They pounded the dough out thinner than the thin crust and barely put any cheese on it. Notice the thinness of the pizza dough and cheese together in the photo.

I ordered the triple treat box with hand tossed crusts and both pizzas my 5 year old looked at them and asked "whys my pizza so small?".. suppose to be extra cheese and thats a lie also. "Its because you ordered hand tossed"

I ordered pizza from here tonight around 10pm I think. The delivery got passed off to door dash to be delivered. Both door dash and you say it was delivered. But.....shocker, it wasn't actually delivered. So now I have no pizza and I highly doubt you will actually do anything to make it right.
