My husband wanted a LG extra pepperoni pizza w/ extra pepperoni and wings. With door dash delivery, and tip $52.00. The pepperonis were burned, the pizza was overbaked and hard. The crust was burned and unedible.

Called in placed an order they said be there in an hour. I called back in an hour cause we did not receive our pizza and they didn’t even have our order in the system so whoever took our order did not place it into the system

Never have a issue with this pizza place but man tonight I wanted some spicy wings and what did I end up with basically sauce less wings ..
Terrible service every time. If you don't have drivers available don't have a delivery option. Waited an hour and 30 minutes on my food only to call and be informed it was done with nobody to deliver it. How about a phone call? Will not be ordering here again. This has happened 3 different times. All of which said 30 to 40 minutes for delivery.

If you get the nice lady making your pizza on eire ave, it will be one of the best you’ve had. The stuffed crust she made for me today was out of this world
I haven’t had pizza over years I just got chance to try it again and I was sloppy not well done. I told please make it well done. So wet juice . Not even cooked very well

It's just another typical Pizza Hut, nothing terrible but nothing amazing that makes me want to order more. I would say it's probably the best Pizza place in Navarre though. East of Chicago is always extremely rough and Pizza Oven is just ? Rather order Jays but that's a bit too far sometimes. Pizza Hut is probably what you'd expect. Out of the handful of times I've ordered from here, my order has never been messed up. Tend to order on the weekends so they probably have the better crew working. They're usually consistent. Overall not a negative experience but definitely not disappointed, just what I expected.
Ordered a pizza drove 30 mins to go get it and the doors are locked and everyone inside ignores you.. go to pizza oven down the street dont waste your time
