Each time that I have been able to get through to the store my order and service was great. However, getting to place my order through the call center is TERRIBLE. They either send me to a state different than the one that I’m in or tell me that the store is closed . This is not a good way to do business! I will probably revert to another company to get pizza when I want it.

Ordered 10 pizzas and it appears that they were dropped at the store or in the delivery process. When you call for assistance it is an answering service and a never ending hold loop. The answering service states that unless the store picks up there is nothing they can do. I asked for the direct number to the store but the answering service states that there isn't a direct number? I was then given the number to the corporate offices, but there is no option to speak with someone about a complaint/issue you are directed to the store.

Truck parking right across the street, looked at that bright open sign in the window just to have the lady stare at me and walk away. Doors locked. Must be a thing around here close up early and lose sales. I wonder if the owner likes losing money.

Mom put in a order for 2 chocolate chip cookies Wednesday 20th 2025. When she first called in She had to talk to a foreign lady who to the order the went to send her to a secure line in which she was hung up on. So she called back and explained that she was hung up on. She finally placed her order and paid with my card. Then the driver brought order to the door and I gave my mom 6.00 for a tip. He then tells my mother it would be $15. Something. Mom tells the guy she already paid with a card that all she had was 6.00 for the tip. The guy carries order back out to car and calls up and asked them if she paid with a card in which he brings order back to door and gives the order to her. Long story short we aren't ordering from them anymore...
Very rude employees especially Manager. Got food the pizza wasn't even cooked all the way and was cold Wouldn't give refund or come get the pizza

Ordered a pizza about a week ago and didn’t receive half of my toppings so I was told I could call back and get a free one next time. Problem is that no one at the local store wants to answer the phone every time I try to call. I’m only able to get ahold of their call center now which they aren’t very helpful.
I do not recommend ordering from Pizza Hut anymore seeing as how this issue is recurring. I had another problem before with wrong delivery address and tried calling them to fix it but wasn’t able to get ahold of them at that time either. Long phone wait times with endless looping (going through their phone support) isn’t a way to treat your customers. I won’t be ordering from here anymore. Strongly advise you to do the same.

This Pizza Hut always comes through for me! Pizza is always great as are the breadsticks. I order online to avoid talking to someone who hardly talks English and it works well for me.
