Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar

We were supposed to get a large passion fruit, and two regular pink dragons. We were given the passion in a regular styrofoam instead of the large, one of the pink dragons in a plastic cup that seems smaller than a regular, and the other pink dragon in a plastic that appears to be a small. I just feel ripped off. Why are there plastic and Styrofoam instead of one and why are they not the same size?

My smoothie had shredded up plastic in it from almost a plastic cup? It was fairly rigid pieces of plastic. Came across 11 pieces of shredded plastic in all. Really, really, disappointed considering the price for my smoothie. Eating around it is not a big issue but the idea of plastic wrapper blended into my food is just gross.

They put the wrong lid on my drink and obviously knew they put the wrong lid I feel it was because they were about to close and when I went back in to get the right lid I was laughed at as I walked out. Very rude 3 individuals for not doing their job correctly. I know at least one name Bailey was working

Smoothies and wraps are fantastic. Everyone is really nice. Pickup is so easy and delivery is so quick too. Look forward to this all the time now. Just my first two visits in and I’m certain they have a new regular.!

Love their smoothies

Visited January 9 Massillon location around noon. The 2 young ladies working were fabulous. They were steady busy and we're still so friendly and greeted every customer which seems rare these days. Good work ladies!

Can’t recommend this location enough, the service is phenomenal! They have a young staff that is very polite and knowledgeable about all the smoothies they make. I went in a few times and met the owner. He was washing dishes in the back which to me says a lot about his character. The store is always very clean and the smoothie are delicious and healthy! 5 out of 5 hands down!

Was having a terrible day and went to get a smoothie and wrap. I was greeted by the nicest employee. I wish I would have asked for her name. But she made me the best pumpkin pie smoothie and offered me a bag for my wrap and snacks. I didn’t even know you had bags, and it really made me feel better. Thank you for the customer service mystery worker!

Never thought, in my widest dreams, I would be able to get walk into an establishment in Massillon & buy a shot of Wheat Grass! I love this place!❣️❣️❣️

Employees are nice, service is quick and the juices/smoothies are delicious ?
