This place use to be so good, wow it’s horrible now, the chicken marseille was so bad, the chicken was definitely pulled off a bone chicken , and was old, I can’t believe how different it is , with new owners, it use to be fresh chicken breast with the chicken marseille, and the bread was doughy, horrible
It was award winning chicken marseille at one time, I will never order there again

If you’re like me and reviews are critical for your decisions, listen closely. Now nothing is wrong with the food.. BECAUSE I DIDNT GET IT. I placed an $80 order online and it notified me when it was ready. I had went to pick it up (by the way it’s not close) and the doors were locked. There was a gentleman inside and he was blowing his nose over work stations , the counters, the tables. Firstly that’s not very sanitary but we will forget that. Next I go to pull on the door because it did take my money on the website and told me the food was ready. There older man inside of the building then starts shouting. Confused im still standing there because my meal should be ready to pick up. He then starts shouting even more because I am standing there. He then decides to shout “Are you retarded? We are closed!” I was shook. A slur? Because the website took my money and notified my food was done? Maybe fix your website to correct hours then. The next day I call because I haven’t received my money back and they say they’ll call me back yet never do. A few more days go past and I still haven’t received my money back so I call once again. I call and get a lady on the phone . She was very rude and quite literally was “ yelling “ at me. So much so I put it on speaker and everyone near me could hear her screaming at me. Very rude so I ask for her name and she claims “that is none of your concern” well maam, it is when you’re behaving this way. I then never got my money back until atleast another week later. All I wanted was some food but received horrible customer service instead. I wouldn’t go here if I were you because of their behavior, I’d rate the food but I never even got it just trouble instead. 😩

I called to place an order, I was directed to press one for a link to order through, so I did. We went to pick up the order and the restaurant was closed. My card was charged $70. This is absolutely unacceptable. Not a great way to treat customers.

Closest to NY style in Massillon Ohio. Most of all the other pies in this region are a thick crust with a sweet sauce. With the new owners everything is delicious. Take out some sugar in the recipe. You all have the taste almost like before. Still the best NY style in stark co.

We had a small get together (11 people) here and it was a pleasant experience. The food was good, the staff were friendly and helpful and it felt like eating at a close friends home. BTW: for those of you who like leftover pizza: I had the only 2 pieces that were left the next day and they were just as delicious!
