Smiley's Ristorante & Pizzeria

Smiley's recently catered our daughter's baby shower at Rohr's Wine Room. We had rigatoni, chicken parmesan, salad, and rolls. The food was delicious and so was the service! I had several guests ask where we got the food because it was so delicious. I definitely recommend their catering!

First and foremost, this may be Massillon's best kept secret!

If you are looking for classic Italian food at a reasonable price that won't break your budget, this is the best place you can go. We ordered tiramisu, manicotti, and pierogies. Every single dish was delightful, including the bread provided for the meal which was homemade. Servers were incredibly attentive to our needs- we only ordered water, and our glasses were filled at least three times. The interior is definitely a classic cafeteria style pizzeria where it's just an open room with tables, so nothing super impressive, but it wasn't overly loud or stuffy or anything like that. This place lets the food be the star, and every person that worked there was so friendly!

Our order was stolen by a doordasher tonight. I got a call from the owner at Smileys and he let me know what happened. We were scrambling because it was a late dinner and we have to grocery shop tomorrow. We both reported him to DoorDash.The team at Smileys stayed late and remade our order. When the new doordasher messaged us to let us know, we were overwhelmed by the excellent customer service from the restaurant and the dasher that stayed and waited. They even sent a side salad just to be kind. There are so many places that are cutting corners and not putting their hearts into what they do. Smileys legitimately cared tonight. We will absolutely be back.

Loved my Fettuccine Carbonara! It came with a side salad or soup and a massive homemade roll. With my drink, it was $20 total, I had plenty of leftovers, Definitely enough food for 2 or three meals. The layout is somewhat small, There's to-go ordering upfront where you can watch them cook, but there's also dine-in seating in the back. Servers were very welcoming and friendly. My mother-in-law asked for a baked spaghetti, which I don't believe was on the menu, but they easily and kindly obliged. And she loved it! Excited to come back and try something new.

I love grabbing a quick slice here. Great price. And if your hang out downtown or passing threw. It's easy to stop in grab some food and be on your way. I dinned in as well. Food is just as good and staff have always treated me well.

This place is not the same as it used to be. It used to be great, unfortunately after the change of ownership it has gone downhill. Food was disappointing. Service wasn't great either
