They were out of shake mix, and sprite zero. Wanted a peppermint brownie bark shake and a RT 44 Diet Cherry đ Limeade. The two reasons why we came. We canceled our order and left.
I come every Saturday night closer to close and Iâm not too sure what her name is, but she has red hair and she is the nicest understanding, hard-working woman, and she deserves the biggest raise. Every Saturday that I come, she is the only one working and the only one doing everything outside orders drive-through orders sheâs amazing!!!

Two cars in front of me. One at the pickup, one ordering. That was the first 7 minutes. The next 13 minutes were waiting on stone to take my order for a medium milkshake. Luckily, the girl brought it out to me because the other two cars were still there waiting!

We pulled in to the drive thru, waited quite a while, and then circled the place multiple times until finally a worker came out, but only to give a shake to a parked truck. Then, she circles around and let's us know it's Door Dash only. The reason: her headset is broken. Horrible, horrible experience. We were so excited to get a pretzel bun smashburger and thought we'd visit this location as we had other business to tend to in Massillon. They would have gotten a LOT of business from us but now we will never return. Don't waste your time.

Pulled up to order at the car hop area. They took my order there and directed me to pull to the drive thru window to pay and get the food. My order wasn't correct and I didn't receive the right number of Mozzarella sticks that I was charged for. On top of that I didn't get the correct sauce. But, at least the food was hot...

So much frustration coming through the drive through here. Im seriously considering driving right by the next time i get an urge to pull in. Sucks because i love sonic but the amount of ppl ive seen pull in and leave the line while waiting over 20 minutes for my order was unreal.

The worked that took our order was very rude and wouldnât respond to Acknowledge they got everything and just acted as if they were annoyed. Very unpleasant experience. Management needs to talk to their staff

This Sonic is a joke and has the absolute worst customer service. I have never visited a worst run place with customer service this bad. This review is not based on a single experience either because it happens every time I try and give them another chance. This is only the Jackson Township location as I have visited other Sonics and never had a problem like this. When you pull up to the drive trough no one acknowledges you and if they ask for your order then they ignore you after. This is what happened to me today. I pulled up and they asked for my order then nothing, no thank you, no total, no can you repeat that, just nothing. I am not kidding when I say this Sonic needs to do 1 of 3 things
1. Hire more people
2. Fire whoever is in charge and allows this to continue
3. The one I honestly would recommend, just close down
This Sonic is that bad and should you make a poor decision to go, good luck placing an order. Should you by a maricle get to place an order good luck getting it or having them get it right. I am not even going to get into half filled bags of onion rings or hollow cheese sticks but these are also a thing at this location.
If I were a corporate executive for Sonic I would close this location for giving the organization a bad reputation.

The slowest service ever. Push the button and no response after 10 minutes. Come on do better it is not even that busy. I don't know what they would do if they were actually busy. đĄ

Their sonic blasts have almost nothing in them. Just vanilla ice cream.

Worst service ever. Didnât get everything right on the order looking at the receipt. Austin, who took my order, took the order ON HIS PHONE. I paid for my food, gave the tip and told him that I didnât receive my ranch. He then took the tip, and never came back. Will never be coming back here again.
Also, might want to change the phone number on the receipt as itâs the phone number of an old employee.
