It’s hit or miss there half the time my drink just seems off like the milk or creamer they use is old or been warm all day

I came through got three drinks the women at the window was rude to us and being very mean one of the drinks was supposed to have no strawberries then a dude came to the window and we told him it was supposed to be no strawberries he then grabbed the drink very rudely then fixed the drink then when he gave us the drink he slammed the drive thru window in our face

I have tried the new Cherry Chai 4 times now and each time it had been made different. One time it didn't even have the cherry cold foam on it which I'm pretty sure is why it's a dollar more than the regular, so i paid extra for nothing! Sometimes you get a coconut tasting topping, sometimes you get coconut and a red crunch sometimes you get just cold foam. Either no training or they don't care. The only consistency is it is consistently wrong. This location used to be my favorite, I'm not sure what the change is.
I do not know what was going on on Saturday the 25th, but the wait was horrible. The atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable. No one said hello or welcome to Starbucks. There was no order, just a complete mess. I literally watched someone push the trash down (no gloves), adjust the bag, and went right back to making coffee. The milk was placed on the counter where customers grab their drinks. And why so much milk left out? Use it and put it back in the frig. Complete mess.

The New Manager is requiring them to fill the entire cup up with ice for ice drinks with little to no drink! I’ve been going to the Starbucks for a very long time and never had a problem until the new manager started

It's rare that I go to Starbucks, a place that was a part of my everyday routine. Why is it a rare event now? Because walk in Cafe customers are forced to wait while the drive trough takes priority over café orders, even when the Cafe order was placed well before anyone was at the drive through. Starbucks, you SUCK!

The strawberry refreshers are not made correctly. Always has way too much strawberry base compared to the other stores nearby. This store is losing a lot of business just for this reason.

The last few times my husband has came they have been out of medicine ball tea bags. Tell him they don't know when the truck will be coming to deliver them. Very disappointing service.

So its Sat night and I want a Starbucks latte before they close. I check the website for the closest one to me and see that they close at 9 30pm. It's
9 05pm..so I call to make sure they are...they pick up the phone and hang up on me 3x so I drive the 15 miles to them just to hear a recording telling me they are closed and that it's after business hours...but its not and I drove all the way here...I can see them inside. So...what do I do...I go to Dunkin Donuts where I can always count on them being open. This infuriates me and it's BAD BUSINESS...I spend 100s of dollars a month st Starbucks (my mistake) this should NOT be happening!!
