It's trash all over the parking lot and the bathrooms are dirty.

Today, my family had attended doctors appointments all day and wanted to end the night with an easy dinner : subway . This location locked their doors 30 minutes early and watched us through the window, refusing to take our order. We were very surprised and disappointed , as we were very excited for our subs .

Ordered online, when I got to the drive through the guy told me that the car in front of me was the last car and they were closing for the day. This was around 7:30pm. No refund of my money either. Nothing that proves I was not given my subs. Kinda ridiculous. We won't be back. Avoid this Subway.

Went through the drive-thru on my lunch today and the guy working was very kind,helpful and fast. Great experience. Didn't catch his name but I'm glad this location is hiring much more friendly staff.

The one with microphone on her head was talking about something being creepy. A young man was doing an internet order.

Finally I asked if I was invisible.
The one with the microphone said I’m washing my hands to help you. This is after standing like a statue for about 4 minutes.
I told her that with four employees they should dedicate someone to helping customers that walk in the store.
She said if I did not like it she could refuse it and I could leave.
I expressed four employees and not one acknowledged me to take an order in four minutes was terrible. Then ask me to leave! WOW
Must be doing a booming business.
Informed all of my employees in Massillon and canton not to go to this location.

The place is a pigsty. There are filthy dirt spots all over the floor and the staff never is courteous. They’re a bunch of kids who sit and talk to whole time instead of helping customers. I’ve been to this location 4 different times and seem 2 boys sitting in the back doing nothing. I’ve also been stuck at the drive through for over 20 minutes before being told to come inside. The one boy that works there always has his hair in his face, and i’ve witnessed all 3 times that they neglect to change their gloves between customers. This place needs to be shut down, I don’t know how it even has 3.5 stars in the first place. Maybe they should look into hiring adults instead of high school kids who could care less about food safety. Oh, and how hard is it to make some dang bread?

Parking: Previously a bank drive-thru at the end of an old plaza. There's parking, it's just weird. Also, watch out for sudden drop-offs in the parking/drive-thru/plaza pavement.
Kid-friendliness: Moderately kid-friendly. Boring atmosphere in a boring location.

This is the first and last time I will ever visit this location. I waited at the drive through for 5 minutes. I said hello into the speaker and no one acknowledged me. I pulled up to the drive thru window. There was a young man standing there. I asked him if the drive thru was open. He said, no because he was on his break. If wanted service I would have to come inside. After receiving such poor customer service and unprofessionalism I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I asked for my sandwich lightly toasted and the bread was super hard!!! When I asked staff to remake it please she gave me so much attitude!!!! Drive thru speaker wasn't working sat in drive thru for about 10 minutes then I sent my son in to see what the hold up was and they said it's broke!!! NEEDS TO PLACE A SIGN SO PEOPLE WILL KNOW IT'S OUT OF ORDER!!!

Tried to use the drive through and was told to come in. After placing our order and getting it home, my son opens his Flatbread blt to find that one half of the sandwich only has 2 pieces of bacon on it.
