Old lady was trying to tell my girlfriend that we can’t take off meat add meat, take off veggies or add them. Was super rude to us and even cussed. Simply asked to remake order and got yelled at by an old lady instead. Very disappointed won’t be returning

Ordered online , I showed up on time and they still made me wait 20 min…. They weren’t even busy . On top of that they rushed my sandwiches. I wanted both toasted . They definitely weren’t crusty toasted how I usually get my sandwiches from other subways.

Ordered 2 tuna subs with extra tuna and extra veggies, no extra tuna and no extra veggies, they charge $2 extra for each sub for the extra tuna we did not get Ordered 1 toasted and 1 not toasted, and they toasted the wrong sub. I'm not sure what's so hard about follow what the customer ordered.

My family meets every Friday for our sandwich, we walk in door they get our bread out and know by heart what goes on our special samich, staff amazing, super friendly,clean restrooms and service area and sometimes we stay at least 2-3 hours catching up with no problems from staff

Always have such a great experience when I come in and get my subs! The 2 workers who i want to say are very great is Nessa and Cat! Both are very respectful and understanding when it comes to my orders and they're very patient! If you have the chance to go and see them there you'll have a great time and experience as you wait for your food to be done!

The interaction I had with Tonya on Sunday(02/23), was not something anyone should have to deal with and I don’t say that lightly. She was flat out RUDE, not only to me but the poor girl that got stuck working with her(didn’t catch her name). Before I even had a chance to order my subs, this woman was being rude to her in front of customers about the way she was making subs then basically trying to laugh it off with the customers who were not trying to even get involved, wanting to get their things and leave. As I was standing there patiently waiting for someone to get the toppings on my 2, 6 inch subs, my boyfriend & I were looking at the footlong sides menu when Tonya felt the need to look over and rudely ask “Can I help you?? Why are you looking at me??” when I then replied “im waiting on my subs??” She checked us out and was still extremely rude :)) point of the story TONYA IS RUDE TO EVERYONE :))

Not sure of her name but I felt bad for her working by herself at 4pm today with 2 mobile orders waiting for their food and 2 people in line. As I sat and waited for my mobile order, 5 more people walked in. She did so well though and was calm the whole time. Our sandwiches were so good too! Best Subway I’ve had in awhile. All done while under pressure. Nice job! For what it’s worth, she deserves a raise.

Took about 20 minutes to get two subs, cross contamination included between the register and my food. Very disappointed that the other employees was more concerned about cleaning up then lending a hand to other customers. I even had to bag my own food.
