The interaction I had with Tonya on Sunday(02/23), was not something anyone should have to deal with and I don’t say that lightly. She was flat out RUDE, not only to me but the poor girl that got stuck working with her(didn’t catch her name). Before I even had a chance to order my subs, this woman was being rude to her in front of customers about the way she was making subs then basically trying to laugh it off with the customers who were not trying to even get involved, wanting to get their things and leave. As I was standing there patiently waiting for someone to get the toppings on my 2, 6 inch subs, my boyfriend & I were looking at the footlong sides menu when Tonya felt the need to look over and rudely ask “Can I help you?? Why are you looking at me??” when I then replied “im waiting on my subs??” She checked us out and was still extremely rude :)) point of the story TONYA IS RUDE TO EVERYONE :))

Not sure of her name but I felt bad for her working by herself at 4pm today with 2 mobile orders waiting for their food and 2 people in line. As I sat and waited for my mobile order, 5 more people walked in. She did so well though and was calm the whole time. Our sandwiches were so good too! Best Subway I’ve had in awhile. All done while under pressure. Nice job! For what it’s worth, she deserves a raise.

Their spicy Italian subs are really good
Took about 20 minutes to get two subs, cross contamination included between the register and my food. Very disappointed that the other employees was more concerned about cleaning up then lending a hand to other customers. I even had to bag my own food.

The regular “workers” at this establishment have ALWAYS been great to my family but unfortunately this evening as well as last evening, my family & I encountered what I felt to be discrimination. I have requested both the general managers’ contact information as well as corporates information regarding this issue & as to be expected I was given no point of reference. I genuinely feel this was in relation to the specific employee knowing they were in the wrong and trying to hide the “facts” but I was also informed they have in store audio recording. I don’t like to “slander” any business but since this has been the second night with no offer of resolution or a way to resolve it directly - I feel this is now a valid complaint I will be bringing to not only corporate but I am now considering legal action given the treatment my family & I have received .I truly hope there is audio within the store as I also have video proof as well. Thankfully I trusted my instincts and began to record because I feel I was not only targeted but then harassed because I didn’t “lay down & abide”I want to submit this review as a heads up to any family (especially ones of color) to be mindful. You may have an unpleasant experience but again this is based solely off the last two unpleasant encounters I have recorded so please use discernment. Just wanting to set the fair expectations considering the issues raised not only disturbed me but have naturally disturbed my children so much they are afraid to go Subway & this was actually our favorite go too for many reasons. Now that you never know who is going to be filling in… I guess you just have to take a “roll to the dice” and hope you end up with one of the “REGULAR” employees versus the “fill ins” because according to my recording they aren’t there to help make orders or handle customers. They’re just there to “stock up” & go… ?RIBA - the general manger. I would love to talk to you directly as I know you’ve been informed of both incidents. The response you’ve given sets the tone you are allowing your employees to do whatever - even if it comes to harassing & threatening paying customers. I could understand if this was something I walked into but I literally called prior to arriving to the store & was told I was able to come place an order as long as it was before 9:30pm. I not only feel like that should’ve been honored but to then be met with pure harassment, discrimination, and intimidation?!!??! Even AFTER explaining I called to confirm prior to arrival…? I have your employee on video agreeing with me on why I was not wrong but yet here we are.Given today’s society and the fact that this employee felt so comfortable calling the police with no valid concern outside of I was requested to leave? This highlights not only the problem within this company directly but society as a whole. It’s the principal at this point!Beware on who’s working before you go because clearly service is based off appearance and personality. ?
Ordered two footlongs. The young man manning the store appeared to be by himself. Was very efficient. Got me and another customer served very quickly.

if you order a #6 (the boss) online you will get a 6" no mater what. I've ordered this footlong for pick up and 9/10 times I have to go back in for the other half....
