The dark curly haired woman that has worked there for years is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. She’s curt, shrewd, and absolutely awful to interact with. If you don’t like your job, LEAVE instead of making everyone as miserable as you. She purposely doesn’t wear a name tag so you can’t figure out who she is. I believe someone called her Kim. She rolls her eyes, huffs, etc. Today when I arrived she said “What do you want” in a nasty tone staring out the window. The young girl working with her tried to strike up a simple conversation with me as I ordered and she huffed and began raising her voice over top of the young lady so she couldn’t talk. I can’t imagine how this woman is still employed here because all of the comments down below point back to her. I’m done going here because as soon as I see she’s working I know how I am going to be greeted.

I always try to stop at this particular Subway, I have for years. Seems like no matter who is working there, they're friendly with the customers and work well together. Today was no different, I was served by Hunter and my sandwich is delicious and she was extremely pleasant to have a brief conversation with. Thanks Hunter 👍

Stopped for a lunch yesterday and will never return ! The attitude from the woman waiting on me was completely uncalled for. Who ever manages this shop needs to find a replacement ASAP. I won't take my family anywhere near the place...ever.

Person making food was rude and nasty, he told me I can just leave because I didn’t seem like I wanted to be here when I was looking at what I wanted if your employees don’t want to work they should find another job super disrespectful to customers. I will never come to this location ever again

Manager and lady working there was rude. They started making my subs wrong. And were mad when I told them so. I had a coupon for three foot-long‘s. I wanted to make an adjustment to one of them and they told me that I could make no substitutions that there would be an extra charge so I said OK but then when I went to pay, they told me I could no longer use a coupon at all and charged me way too much money. The hours at the store is really crappy, It’s often closed earlyand it’s no wonder because they probably can’t get anybody to work their Customer service attitude!

Don't ever go to this subway!! They take a very long time making sandwiches!! They talk behind the counter about different medicines instead of waiting on their customers!! Conversation adter Conversation about their peraonal life stories!! Eas save that for peraonal time!! If you want a horrible subway experience this is the one!!

I was visiting out of town and I stopped by this subway for lunch. My goodness it was the BEST sandwich I’ve had. Props to the sandwich artists and a big thank you to Miss Brandy Lynn for providing excellent food and wonderful customer service! I’ll definitely be back again whenever I visit through there

You walk in and you're not greeted which I couldn't. Totally understand if they're already with a customer which was the case when I got there. The lady who made my sub wasn't necessarily rude but she definitely wasn't pleasant. She could have had resting b**** face, but if you're going to work in customer service, that's something you need to be aware of and fix. The thing that grossed me out the most is that they have One singular knife that they cut every single sub with. So that's an extensive amount of cross-contamination with no regard to anybody's allergies or just plain and simple. Not liking to have someone else's sub cut into your sub. Overall, I will not recommend this location to anybody as the workers aren't very pleasant and the cross-contamination in itself would make me never return. I have been to many other subways and they use a new knife every single time. They cut a sub which is how it should be.

It's been years since I've eaten at subway but I thought I'd stop in on my lunch break to get a chicken bacon ranch because I used to love them. The chicken used to resemble and taste like chicken. Idk what they serve now but it's looks like shredder tuna nuggets and the texture was the same. Horrible, horrible sandwich! Idk if you cut back on quality but I can assure you, I will never eat there again. Service was decent and the lady that made my sandwich went to get me fresh cookies so that was cool but didn't make up for the sorry excuse for chicken I was served.

These girls in here are extremely slow. Should it take 25 minutes to get a footlong when I'm the only one in there?..the one girl said she was doing mobile orders first. In all actuality they were just goofing off and had the music cranked up loud. Your walk in customers should be waited on 1st and it shouldnt take 25 min. Won't go back there anymore.

went tonight( sun may 26th). the heavy girl with the black hair had an attitude and was rude with the person ahead of me. when i ordered there wasnt enough chicken in the tray to make my sandwich. so she put one scoop on a foot long when there is supposed to be 2 and when i called her on it, she refused to fix the issue because she was rude and lazy. so i walked out and went to another subway. if she is there again i won't ever go back. will go to Massillon!
