Manager and lady working there was rude. They started making my subs wrong. And were mad when I told them so. I had a coupon for three foot-long‘s. I wanted to make an adjustment to one of them and they told me that I could make no substitutions that there would be an extra charge so I said OK but then when I went to pay, they told me I could no longer use a coupon at all and charged me way too much money. The hours at the store is really crappy, It’s often closed earlyand it’s no wonder because they probably can’t get anybody to work their Customer service attitude!

I was visiting out of town and I stopped by this subway for lunch. My goodness it was the BEST sandwich I’ve had. Props to the sandwich artists and a big thank you to Miss Brandy Lynn for providing excellent food and wonderful customer service! I’ll definitely be back again whenever I visit through there

You walk in and you're not greeted which I couldn't. Totally understand if they're already with a customer which was the case when I got there. The lady who made my sub wasn't necessarily rude but she definitely wasn't pleasant. She could have had resting b**** face, but if you're going to work in customer service, that's something you need to be aware of and fix. The thing that grossed me out the most is that they have One singular knife that they cut every single sub with. So that's an extensive amount of cross-contamination with no regard to anybody's allergies or just plain and simple. Not liking to have someone else's sub cut into your sub. Overall, I will not recommend this location to anybody as the workers aren't very pleasant and the cross-contamination in itself would make me never return. I have been to many other subways and they use a new knife every single time. They cut a sub which is how it should be.

It's been years since I've eaten at subway but I thought I'd stop in on my lunch break to get a chicken bacon ranch because I used to love them. The chicken used to resemble and taste like chicken. Idk what they serve now but it's looks like shredder tuna nuggets and the texture was the same. Horrible, horrible sandwich! Idk if you cut back on quality but I can assure you, I will never eat there again. Service was decent and the lady that made my sandwich went to get me fresh cookies so that was cool but didn't make up for the sorry excuse for chicken I was served.

These girls in here are extremely slow. Should it take 25 minutes to get a footlong when I'm the only one in there?..the one girl said she was doing mobile orders first. In all actuality they were just goofing off and had the music cranked up loud. Your walk in customers should be waited on 1st and it shouldnt take 25 min. Won't go back there anymore.

went tonight( sun may 26th). the heavy girl with the black hair had an attitude and was rude with the person ahead of me. when i ordered there wasnt enough chicken in the tray to make my sandwich. so she put one scoop on a foot long when there is supposed to be 2 and when i called her on it, she refused to fix the issue because she was rude and lazy. so i walked out and went to another subway. if she is there again i won't ever go back. will go to Massillon!
The service at this location is absolutely awful. The older woman who works here with the black hair has a terrible attitude. It’s VERY clear she doesn’t like her job and looking at the reviews I’m not the only one who thinks this. She’s very rude to customers. I won’t be returning here if I see her working.

The restaurant was clean and quiet. The problem with this location there is only one person making sandwiches. Even if 10 people are in line. I had to ask the sandwich maker to change her gloves. She had run her hands down the counter and was touching her hair and hat while talking to the customer ahead of me. Then the cost. I got a 6 inch cold cut combo with double meat, small drink and a bag of chips. That came to over $12.

A worker here (dark curly hair) is sooooo incredibly rude! Gives dirty looks while making your sub... you never get greeted when walking inside to get a pick up order.. while doing a online order employees never make your sandwich's how you asked for it on line!...I've called corporate many times about this type of service. Must not care because that certain employee still gives a attitude for no reason! This particular woman used to work at Marc’s in Perry township in the meat department behind the meat counter. Had the same bad attitude there. Always got complaints about her sorry attitude there as well. Salads have gotten smaller than what they were when Subway had chopped salads. Less salad but raised the prices but thats at all subways. The tables inside are always dirty, attitudes of the employees at this store makes me not even want to eat here! Save yourself and EAT AT A DIFFERENT SUBWAY!

There’s one woman who works there who is absolutely awful. She has the worst attitude I’ve seen from a food worker. Sometimes if I pull in and see she’s there. I’ll leave. When I was there the other day she was there and proceeded to tell me she wasn’t going to deal with me because I told her there’s a certain way I like my sandwich cut. And she just walked away. She doesn’t wear a name tag so I don’t know her name but she is awful.
