Last two times I went in the customer service was very poor. The first time I chalked it up to maybe a bad day but this time I was met with the same poor demeanor. Zero customer service skills, can barely hear them when they speak, “double cheese” for my one sandwich was pitiful. Honestly annoyed with the eye rolls and speaking to me like I’m an inconvenience. I’ve come to this specific store for years and never had any issues before now. No clue what the girls name was but definitely wish they would train her to have even a smidge of customer service skills. The guy there today wasn’t much better so he probably trained her.

Parking: Probably 8 or 9 spaces.
Kid-friendliness: They have a menu for the younger set. Very nice.

So we just left a middle school basketball ball game and have a very long ride home we waited in the subway/ store nobody ever came out so we could order there's no customer bell we literally stood outside the counter 10 to 15 minutes the ladie in the store looked right thru us as if we wasn't thereDon't go there hungry that's for sure terrible ...no service

I have never not seen flies in this place. They hover over the food like vultures over roadkill. The service is slow. The “toasted” subs are anything but. The bread is soft and disgusting and the meat is room temperature at best. I can’t believe I wasted $12 on something that tasted like it came out of the break room garbage can. If this is your only option for food, you’d be better off to just skip lunch all together.

My fiance went and got me a sub and it was So sloppy and the bacon was very raw untoasted/uncooked. Worst sub I have every seen.. I legit am cooking my bacon and this is bs and I'll never go to this subway again. Downtown massillon is so much better. I'm very disappointed.
