Very bad staff i gave my fries back and said they were not cooked and they said ok I will get you a new one we wait about 20 minutes and nobody gave us anything I went up there and ask for a new fries and they handed me the fries I gave back that I toke a bite is be aware of this Taco Bell you might be getting people’s old fries that they bit into and woman had a very bad attitude while I was in there, they forgot somebody’s order and they started eating. It will never be going back. Most disgusting place I’ve ever seen in my life

The Mexican Pizzas always taste burnt.. not sure how you mess that up. Essentially my meal is ruined when that happens and I dont get to eat. Tired of wasting my money and going hungry.

Drive-thru order and what you order do not show up on the screen. The curve to get out of the drive-thru is tight and needs filled.

Went in lobby, not greeted, used touch screen to order. Does not print receipts. Was told lobby was closed then began to tell me she is o ly one making food. 3 people in store. Had an attitude with me for being inside lobby. Rude and grossly understaffed. Food is cold and sloppily put together.

Lobby closed...often is. Fine if you want drive thru, but don't expect to eat in. Sign says they don't have staff, yet other nearby places do. Unless you plan to use drive thru, don't bother stopping.

Me and my mom were sitting in the line for about an HOUR. Their service is horrible. And then, our food also was horrible. Dont get from this place.

Just went thru drive thru. Had the computer order taker, was very frustrating because the order never showed on the screen and it couldn't understand that. I mentioned it to the guy at the window, he was dismissive about the whole thing. I get home after a very long shift, hoping to enjoy my supreme soft tacos. They were hard. Im a brand new denture wearer so I can't chew them. I gave them to my daughter and now I'm sitting here hungry while I'm waiting for food to cook, because I absolutely do not feel like dealing with more lazy incompetence tonight.

Spent the last two years praising this place for always having good food. Don’t know what staff they’ve hired but the quality of product and accuracy of order has tanked. Probably won’t be coming back to this location for awhile.
