messed up my food and then the manager argued with me about it
Used to love this Taco Bell but now they have that AI bullshit trying to take orders.

Not really sure who the manager was but seemed extremely interested in helping customers and more concentrated on just making orders. I'm not sure what the issue has been over ask with me and taco bells but another location that made my order wrong. I will admit that I accidentally added purple cabbage and I don't fault them for that. But all in all my order was wrong. The quesadilla seemed like it wasn't even cooked all the way through and when I attempted to bring up my concern with the manager, she decided to wave me off. The only person that was willing to help was the guy that was working the drive thru which kudos on doing a great job when you seem to have coworkers that don't care about the customer in customer service. He let the manager know that my order was made incorrectly and went back to doing his thing in the drive thru. I waited probably close to 25 mins to even be acknowledged again and that was after other customers and I had to get their attention after the manager decided to just leave the kitchen to do whatever she wanted to do. It took the guy in the drive thru to come and rectify the problems that the manager in duty should have fixed. I think Taco Bell has just lost a customer. They don't care anymore and I can just stay at home and save my money.

Cold chicken burrito, bean burrito was so dry with no sauce absolutely terrible. Crunchwrap had barely anything in it. So irritating and disgusting. Never will come back to this one! It’s always terrible.

Over the years this Taco Bell has done me well. Service has always been rough here with younger employees constantly on their phones and not caring. The food is usually alright and there always seems to be one good employee working. Tables often dirty and the Kiosks are annoying.

Yeah this location sucks. Always mess up order whether it be completely crushed food, made very sloppy, or missing items and yes you will be waiting forever. I started driving a little further to the one in Canton.

My order was supposed to be ready by 7:16. It was not ready until 7:36. I did not get a lot. Two Cheesy Double Beef Burritos, one Double Stacked Taco, and three Cantina Chicken Soft Tacos. Nothing was changed. It was not extraordinarily busy either.

came through the drive through & not a single person in line & waited almost 20 min for my food then not once but twice my cheesy gordita crunch was made incorrectly, i was never rude & after the second time of it not being made right i just wanted a refund at that point, all the other workers were very nice & understanding & the dude who messed my taco TWICE was complaining bc he can't make a simply taco the way the screen reads it to him, never had this issue at this tbell before

Drive-thru sucks on time. Waited 40 minutes in line. Employees need to pick up their pace
On December 13th 2024 at 8:15 p.m my wife and I ordered some food in the drive thru,it took 15 minutes of waiting in the drive thru line to order our food. After our food was ordered it took over 30 minutes for the workers to prepare our food and for us to receive our order, the employees were rude,disrespectful and uncaring and basically told me to bad I had to wait so long. If any of the employees who worked the evening of December 13th are still employed then I will never eat at taco bell again and I will discourage anyone and everyone from eating at this taco bell ever... if I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible service,probably the worst I've ever had...
