Charged me for extra steak when they didn’t have any. When I went back that’s what they told me happened. So why would they charge me if they didn’t have any? Then was stuck waiting in line for almost 20 mins for a refund.

I would like to post and share that whoever made my meal. A 7 dollar box, on Wales rd in Jackson Ohio on Tuesday 5/27/25 at about 1030 did an amazing job. It was packaged neatly and very clean and orderly and the girl was very polite. Lee up the good work.
Employees were absolutely rude, made me wait for a bit as I already made the mobile order, food was gross and soggy, not worth it! Had them yelling in the background at each other definitely the most toxic place I’ve seen just rude in general! I am NOT coming back to this location my food is ruined and my drink is flat and too syrupy 🤢

This is literally the worst Taco Bell. The most consistent thing about this place is that your order is messed up, missing items, or soggy each and every time you go. The female manager during the evenings doesn't seem to care. You can't even call the store to tell them you're missing items. It just goes to a fax line. I know it's taco bell and I shouldn't expect much but I won't be back to this location.
