Just love coming to the Nook. It's a great place with great food and great service. It's casual and invites you to linger and enjoy. The smoked entrees are so good, especially the brisket. Not too be missed are the desserts! I always order my dessert at the time I place my lunch order so I don't miss out. On our last visit, I had the best pumpkin cheesecake I've ever had! Thanks for a great meal!

Wow! What a hidden gem. My husband and I stopped in on a Friday night, the place was very busy but we got a table within a few minutes. The restaurant has a open concept with a variety of setting options from high tops to bench and table setting. Even with the open concept it was not loud as many place can be. The atmosphere was warm and inviting with mixed media walls. Our server Nicole was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, offering suggestions and her opinions on menu items, she did not disappoint. I got the ribs that came with mac and cheese, cole slaw and beans everything was absolutely delicious, the ribs were fall off the bone. My husband said his 3 pc fish was just as good. Server Laura brought our onions rings, they are probably the best we have ever had, light and crispy not greasy. Laura was very friendly with a pretty smile. She offered history of the restaurant and info on the art work displayed in the restaurant. If in the area you must stop in, reservation are also accepted . We will definitely be back soon!

To start we got dirty silverware. 11$ for 3 pretzel sticks? 50 cents for a side of mayo and honey mustard?? Then they Wana charge you to use a card too?? Server didn't suggest anything. Definitely won't return. Only reason I gave 2 stars cuz the food was ok.
Very good burgers, and good brisket. Staff was very helpful! Fries were just right. Excellent decor and atmosphere.

The nook is not bad for BBQ. BBQ is very scarce around here unfortunately. They were out of half chickens at 5:30 pm on a Friday. It's just ok and portions are a little shy as well.

I asked 3 times for a water but honestly I ordered a simple order of a quarter rack. I specifically asked the waitress if it was a rub or sauce. She said rub. What was delivered was something that was simply not edible. It was so dry and burned . Some one else in our party ordered this and she had to get 2 sides of sauce to choke it down. I refused to accept this and sent it back and the manager came out stating he tasted my food said it was edible. Are you serious? It was burnt and so dry I could barely get my fork around it. I was honestly so insulted by his comments. I don’t think any of us will ever go back and it was a party of 10.

The root beer was really good. Smoke chicken wings were a little too well done kind of hard to eat. I like my food that way so I ate them lol they had a good flavor. You're a jerk sauce isn't good. The sweet barbecue sauce isn't sweet. It's peppery tasting. Didn't really care for the sauces. The baked beans and mac and cheese were good. My girlfriend's hamburger she took two bites and didn't want any more they ended up coping her meal. They brought fresh fries out after the original ones they brought were cold and they tasted like oil really bad on the finish. I probably wouldn't return can get way better chicken wings for cheaper at Jimmy's backyard BBQ in Carrollton. Our server was super nice and helpful and the place looks really nice on the inside.
