Exactly one hour to get a 4pc chicken dinner with extra jo Jo's. I ordered my chicken at 840 didn't am estimate on what time it'd be ready I show up there at 916 expecting then to be busy nope! Kid at the window told 12 mins pull over there and park I'll bring it right out when it's done 30 mins go by no food yet I go in the girl behind goes get what I assume is the manger! I tell what happens she goes to the drive thru and get my food and tells it just got boxes up but it was warm at best not hot for just being boxed up! Idk what happened but this place has went down hill! I know I'm done with for a while maybe they'll get together some time soon!

Massillon pizza oven doesn't deliver to massillon. Nor does the Navarre your guys deliver is a joke.

I did not get my food on time. And I was waiting for pizza. But I did not get it. We even saw the pizza laying there.

Great place to go for excellent unique pizza since 1956. Going back here after Lindsey’s sold to a new owner. Certainly not the same at Lindsey’s with new employees and all.

This is my first time commenting. I usually have a good experience. But today was just terrible. I wanted a certain salad I’ve had but today after talking to two people I still didn’t get what I needed. Long story short I was served a salad that was completely different from what I ever had. So now I’m unsure if I’ll come back again

Food was really good service was great the girl that waited on us she was very nice and asked if we needed any more refills we had a birthday party there and the atmosphere was really nice and very clean

Food was on time. It was so hot I couldn't eat it. Driver was polite and he brought food in house helped me why I signed receipt. Roll was fresh. Potatoes amazing. Reminded me of pizza oven old school! The bear. Management on lincolnway should be proud of the work them and employees do. Thanks guys!!!! Vern is one of best managers I've ever seen. Handles young kids with authority and is respected. This is a family establishment and Vern and other managers get utmost respect from the Hull family and I'm sure my friends the dipietro family. Rest in peace Bear!!! Your family legacy lives on and strong!!!

We order once in awhile but I have noticed the food quality has gone down recently. And you definitely don't want to get delivery. Never enough drivers for the amount of deliveries. It doesn't take an hour or more to make an order and deliver it. Unless you order 20 pizzas. I usually get pizza and chicken so I don't mind if that stuff is a little cold but tonight I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries. First of all I was told an hour then an hour passed so I called they said my order should be here in a few minutes so about 40 minutes later the driver showed up. The fries were ice cold and the cisbatta bun the cheeseburger was on was so hard I couldn't even bite into it. I had to put the burger on bread so I could eat it. I don't know how you do your deliveries or schedule your drivers but it seriously does not work. I get deliveries from other places and the food is always hot when I get it. Corporate needs to retrain this restaurant on how to do things or something you've just lost another customer.

Ordered pizza and wings and was told it would be 30 minutes. We showed up 35 minutes after placing the order as I do give time for orders to take a bit longer. When we got there we were told there was 11 minutes left on the wings. We pulled over to wait as we were asked and then 20 minutes later we went back to the drive through thinking maybe they forgot about us. They said our order was almost done because they were boxing it up and to pull back off to the side. I had 4 hungry kids in the car but quietly said okay. Where we waited another 25 minutes before anyone came out and gave us our order. And we didn't check the order until we got home and out of 2 dozen wings we only got 19 wings. While the pizza and wings were both cold and clearly not freshly made.

Baked ziti was cold. Terrible. Spaghetti was good. Way overpriced for what we got.

This is the third time that we have went to pick up our food after the quoted time and we're told that they just put it in the oven and it would be another 20 to 30 minutes before it's ready. I love their pizza and chicken but the service is terrible.
