The Pizza Oven: LINCOLN WAY

I’ve never left a google review, but this is absolutely insane. I’ve never ordered here before until tonight, and I never will again. We ordered wings, personal pizza, and fries. First of all, everything we ordered was cold. You can see that the pizza wasn’t hot because it’s Litterally stiff and stick together when I picked it up. The cheese was hard and coated in grease. The wings were cold and soggy. For almost $5, these were the fries we received… And they were also cold.
I didn’t call them because at this point, it’s so gross I don’t want it remade. I’d love my money back but for us to know how gross it was, unfortunately a little bit of it was eaten. The rest will be tossed in the trash.
For almost $50 this was unbelievable. Won’t be ordering from this place again.

Ordered a small individual over the phone. Got to the place was up charged. The pizza has no sauce on it or cheese. I'm very disappointed. I want my money back. If you read this can you please reach out to me? I can't go back to the store cuz that's how mad I am 10/29/24. 7:13pm

All I ordered was 1 dozen wings an a freakin salad. Went to go thru drive thru an was asked to pull up, then waited another 20 mins!!! This place sucks!!!! I will NEVER go to this Pizza Oven AGAIN.

Ordered over the phone and was told it would be ready around 6:10. showed up at 6:10 and was told it would be a few minute wait for our chicken and was asked to pull forward. watched 7 cars go through drive thru and waited over 20 minutes. a girl came out and asked what my order was… she brought it out and our pasta was cold and the chicken didn’t taste like it was just made.

This place has good food but the disorganization and forgetting to make your order is unbelievably bad here .. you’d think they would hire a manager.. should be negative stars .. wow

I ordered out. The pizza arrived on time. The person who delivered was really nice. The pizza was outstanding!!

Called this location twice in the last 2 months for carry out, give them name phone number and my order and told it would be ready in 30 mins. When I showed up to pick up my order they told me they didn’t have an order for me and I had to have called the wrong store. I believe it’s about time for the owners to come in and get some control over their workers in this place. Don’t ever go here again, go to the one on West Tusc in canton or on rt21 in Navarre. Do not waste your time with this lazy store!

They refused $10 bank rolled quarters for payment.
Plus they also lied by saying they don't deliver to my home, even though they've delivered here many times before.

Augus4 04, 2024....I placed pizza 6 pm over the phone call and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes, I was at the The Pizza Oven: LINCOLN WAY at 6:25pm and they were not able to pull up my order. They spent 10-15 minutesjust to find out my order is not in the system and they need additional time to bake my pizza. I decide to place to order in store and asked them to deliver pizza at my house. They added 5 more dollars for the delivery.

Always a good pizza, you gotta wait certain days to get a good deal as prices are a little bit too high.

Never eaten inside but I've never had any complaints whatsoever with any of their food
