This Pizza Oven is the worst one I have ever ordered from! Ordered recently & did not receive part of my order. I asked the person at the counter if it was all there after waiting 55 minutes for 2 pizzas & some chicken! She assured me it was all there, of course with a Bit…y attitude, so of course I believed her. What a mistake! Always check your order while you are there! I was missing a chicken dinner. I called when I got home to tell them. They said to come back after I was already standing there for 1 hour! I couldn’t do they said I would be refunded the amount I paid in cash next time I come in. So, I ordered again a day later & was told that I would not be refunded because nothing was written in a book! Really! I was assured by the so called manager that I would be refunded. In conclusion, I never got refunded for food I did not receive! I called the corporate office regarding this, left several messages , and never got a call back! I love this pizza, but I think I will have to find another place to order from? The worst customer service I have ever experienced. By the way, I’m not the only one whose orders got messed up. There were 4 people there the same time as me with messed up orders & were given a hard time from the workers there. ?

I recently visited Pizza Oven and tried their pepperoni pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the sauce was tasty and flavorful. The pepperoni was generously scattered on top, adding just the right amount of spice. I was really pleased with the quality of the pizza, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious slice! The service at Pizza Oven was also great.As for the atmosphere, it was okay. The restaurant was a bit on the smaller side, and the decor was pretty basic. It wasn't anything special, but it also wasn't a deal-breaker for me. I was really there for the pizza, and in that regard, Pizza Oven definitely delivered.Overall, I would give Pizza Oven a 5-star rating for their delicious pepperoni pizza and great service. While the atmosphere might not be the most impressive, it's definitely worth a visit for the food alone. I'll definitely be back for more in the future!

They overcharge for everything on the menu. The worst deal is the pound of pasta for $25. Chef boyardeee tastes better than that joke of Alfredo. Tasted like it was straight out of a can. Pizza oven made an embarrassment of all Italians across the world with that pathetic attempt of creating Alfredo sauce.

We have had 2 go to places for high quality pizzas over the years. Krause's and Pizza Oven. Krause's was our favorite until the change in ownership, now Pizza Oven tops the list. If you don't mind paying a little more for a quality pie, this is a sure bet.

Ordered carry out on a Saturday night...I get that they will be busy and that's why they tell you an hour.Completely understandable. But when you get there and its not ready and your told 4 more minutes and you sit there for another 20 minutes please don't treat me like I'm an inconvenience for asking how much longer. There were several other customers in the same boat. The manager explained she's been there for 15 years with an attitude. So in closing get home with cold pizza and missing an order of thin cut jojo's. All after spending almost $40.NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Had to get a refund for my wings? I was on time to pick up! My pizza was ready and I had it in the car...I was told the chicken would be 17mins....I asked for a refund for the chicken!!!! ONLY BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE COLD PIZZA??? the staff acted like they could care less...and very rude!!!
