If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I am IRATE! Today is my 5 year olds birthday, I go to pick up the cake at 4 and I had to wait around bc nobody was at the counter. Next, I have some greasy broad with her 3 kids slam up behind me, didn't say excuse me or anything. She just keeps pushing her way up, I moved away from her because she was so dirty and trashy. The guy finally comes up and ignores me while talking to her. I tell him I'm there to pick up a cake and the name on it. He brings it out to show me before I took it, only lifting the top. I pulled the front down and lo and behold, my son's name is WRONG! I stood with the girl and spelled his name for her. It's 4 letters. As you can see on the slip, it's correct on there but done wrong on the cake. I told the guy, letting him know just how mad I was. He chose to say well there's not much I can do for you except offer a discount because there's nobody here to fix it. Then walked away from me and proceeded to talk to the greasy girl who by the was talking loudly over me. Come to find out as I'm asking at the counter for corporates number, that mine was the SECOND cake to be messed up today. Not to mention, the guy that I had the horrible interaction with is a manager. If you don't care about your job enough to do it correctly, go to McDonalds.

I went to buy the best thing to sliced bread and it was a dud. I got a Straight Talk home router with a internet card. Costed about $165.00. Well I went to set it up and the first thing that was asked is if the Walmart employees checked my address to see if I'm able to get the service? I stated no and he just checked my address and I'm unable to get it even though all the way around me in these Walmarts they are selling this device!!! So now I have to go back to walmart and beg for my money back, which Walmart employees should have did their jobs and seen if I had it in my area!!!! I'm livid!!

I am not a big Walmart fan, but while in Spokane my granddaughters luggage was delayed. Ran to Walmart and bought some things. Next day luggage caught up and I returned some of the items not worn in Ohio. Easy process with sales slip.

The management at this Wal-Mart went above and beyond when it came to helping me with my order. I needed almost 200 blankets that aren't available online in a specific color for part of my wedding favors and they made it happen in less than a week. Everyone I spoke to was super helpful and friendly. A huge thank you to you guys for helping me check off a (what I thought was going to be stressful) item on my wedding checklist.

It's a mid-sized Walmart in a mid-sized Ohio town. It wouldn't rate a second thought if it weren't for Lisa in Electronics. We arrived early on a Saturday, needing to pick up a memory card. We found what we were looking for with no issue, and needed it unlocked. When I went to ask for it to be unlocked, Lisa was finishing with another customer, and left him satisfied and happy. She got to me, and made sure to ask how I was doing, and was friendly and jovial during the entire interaction. It was a simple transaction that took less than five minutes, but Lisa's smiling face and general happy demeanor made it pleasant and memorable. Thanks, Lisa!

When I went to the automotive department to get an oil change, I had a coupon from a competitor. I asked the manager Brent if I could use the coupon. He said no, and was smirking at me like I didn't have a clue about cars. I asked for the store manager. When the asst. manager Andy came over he said I could use the coupon. I asked for a price and his employee wanted my phone number. Why? I'm standing right here. Andy said I HAD TO GIVE HIM MY PHONE NUMBER OR I COULDN'T GET A PRICE.( So, if you don't have a phone, Walmart doesn't work on your car? Who's stupid idea was that?) LOL! So, I left. I was looking at the 4-5 EMPTY bays for cars. The asst manager, who was laughing at me had all his bays empty and was paying about 4 employees to stand there, instead of giving me an oil change. Good job Walmart. I was told by the Admin office that Ray would call me on the 18th.That was about 2 weeks ago. I guess if you work at Walmart all you have to do to get paid is show up! I left a message for Ray's manager Jay to call me.

Two cashiers actually laughed out loud at me when I ask one of them if she was available after she seemed to ramp up with a client she checked out and then had been talking to for some time visiting. When I asked her about it she got thoroughly unhelpful and threatened to call in someone else to check me out for my purchase just to hold me up. When I called the manager and described the situation to me he was not only unhelpful and unsympathetic he hung up on me. When I called back and got a different manager he admitted he wasn't going to do a thing about it. Then I called Walmart customer service and some robotic person hyped up everything I said and promised someone would address it but the problem has persisted for a good year plus now so it doesn't seem to do any good to report it to management either locally or corporate office.
