When their own employees can't figure out what a baconator has on it,that's pretty sad.Didn't have time to wait around for them to fix it.Just threw my sandwhich away and went to Burger King instead.

The people working at this location were so rude to customers and even their own co-workers the managers were yelling at each other and wiping their mouths and pulling up their pants with their thumbs inside of their pants and serving food without washing their hands and even sweeping the floor and serving food with no hand washing huddled up talking trash about customers loud enough for everyone in the dining room to hear. Unbelievable

Super disappointed that you changed the chicken on your maple bacon and chicken croissant... this used to be the best quality and best tasting breakfast sandwich around...now it's just okay... and not worth the money anymore... Sincerely hoping you didn't do this with all your chicken sandwiches.

So I ordered two biggie bags. The one I have to order with no bread for my burger because I had bariatric surgery so I can't eat bread. When I go to any other Wendy's there is no issue. They literally just threw everything in a box, they didn't put my tomato or pickles on there. And my burger patty itself was cold and old. I was very disappointed in this Wendy's. Maybe they were just having a bad day, maybe they've never had to make a sandwich that included no bread. I'm not sure what the reason was. The only upside to the visit was their incredible strawberry lemonade.

I don’t even want to give them a star. But a worker & a manager today was yelling at a mother with her Child while other customers were there. All she asked for was for a little help carrying something. They both told her it’s not their job to help a door dasher. Then kept yelling at her until she left. Then made fat jokes about her that was beyond not okay. I won’t ever go there again especially if that’s the kind of people they got working there.
Went there for lunch, staff was accommodating and nice. My food was made in a timely manner and one of the best pretzel baconator Ive ever had.

The food was mostly cold and the fries so old and refried they were inedible. The staff were rude and we had to ask for half of our order twice at the window. We got the wrong drinks, dipping sauces, and 1 sandwich was partially right. The best part was the hair in the mayo on my chicken sandwich. Not worth eating here again.

Cleanest Wendy's I ever laid eyes on. Well staffed, everyone doing a job and not panicking not loafing. Food was made just like the pictures, which is pretty rare in my experience. I'd eat here anytime I want a sandwich and fries.
