Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

So I went here for the first time on 10/12/24. Honestly I was very disappointed. Wings very hard. Overcooked and lacked flavor. Fries were mushy as if they sat around waiting for wings to be done. $43 combo which btw doesn't include a drink. Top it off did your survey and didn't even recieve the free frie. Has nothing to do with anything really don't want it. Not impresses and won't return.

I got the summer of flavor bundle August 7 2024, with no drinks for 19.41 $ even know it says it comes with drink in main summery for that price. Now they updated there app. August 20th 2024 And there is no option for no drink and they want to charge an extra 2.79 that's garage when it says comes with drinks for 19.41. Pictures are of the ner update. Before you could put no drinks and not be charged extra
Why does the 5 piece chicken tender combo say it includes a 20 oz drink on their website? It doesn't. They won’t give you one unless you pay extra for it.

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star we got the 100pc pack and didn’t get all of our food. Called them they told us to comeback for the food we were missing and then tried to charge us again for the missing food. Not only that there were still feathers on the wings we showed them and the guy said it wasn’t his job to make sure there wasn’t feathers on it. As a general manager you are supposed to make sure you monitor the daily operations of their business. We asked for the corporate number and were told that they didn’t have it never going back again

The last 3 times I have ordered food from Wingstop the entire order has been incorrect or flat out missing items. The location in Kansas City, MO on 40 hwy is horrible. They are slow, rude, and lazy. They have no sense of urgency when a customer’s order comes in.
