Is Wing Stop for people who've never eaten a actual good wing? Might as well go get some McNuggets from McDonald's. Sauce barely touching the wings....the boneless wings were small and almost one bite a piece....and then oh by the way...you owe us 50 bucks....my advice...get the large pizza and 30 wing deal from Your Pizza and eat for 3 days for less...and its an actual wing lol

Feel free to come here if you want them to forget half your order, make you wait while they call their general manager versus actually having customer service, and make you wait a half hour in their store. And then refuse to replace what they did not provide.

Please issue my refund I ordered food on 12-31-25 @534 pm. I called the local Zanesville location 2 times after 7pm. 1st time to see where my order was and the 2nd time to cancel my order. I told them we did not want food that had been sitting for an hour and a half almost 2 hours. The 1st time I called I was told no one had even arrived to pick up our food. The 2nd time I called I was told that the store cant refund the food. I told them that I didnt want the old food the 2nd time and they still didnt cancel my order. The delivery person messaged me at almost 730pm 2 hours later and told me they were on their way. I told them not to come and that I had told the store to cancel my order and refund me. They should NOT have even began to send the delivery driver. They should have told them not to bother. We want our $55.00 back. For a 1st time customer we are very disappointed and will never return for any service from Wingstop. What a disappointment to say thw least. Please return our money to us for food we never recieved after a 2 hour wait who would eat that chicken anyway.

The Wingstop Hiram location is absolutely terrible every single time we order. Theyāre either leaving off ranch that I paid extra for or our food tonight they left off an entire meal of 10 wings and when I called the store they told me to come up there and get it after I paid $20 for delivery, which was the point so that I could not get out tonight

I donāt write reviews often, so given the fact that Iām bothering to take my time to do this, says something. Iām not sure about other wingstop locations as Iāve only visited the local new store in Chesterton, IN. I was quite excited when we finally got a place that sells wings, let alone āspecializesā in them. I have ordered from this location multiple times, hoping that maybe theyāre just having a bad day. Nope, apparently the wings are always anorexic and dry. Donāt even bother ordering enough for leftovers, god forbid you warm them up later, they will turn into jerky. Honestly, I donāt see this place staying in business for very long. The service is great, Iāve never had an issue with the amount of time it takes to prepare the order, and the order is always done correctly. The wings just suck, and the fries are nothing to write home about. The most recent order, I decided to try the corn as a side. I didnāt even know that corn on the cob would be that mushy, it was disgusting to say the least. Straight to the trash. If youāre in Chesterton, order your wings anywhere else but here. You will thank me later.

Having recently placed my first order from Wingstop via Grubhub, I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food. The wings were notably large and succulent, and the diverse range of flavors was truly commendable. During my initial order, I sampled the Cajun and Korean wings. The Cajun wings offered a spicier kick than I had anticipated, yet they were still quite enjoyable. The Korean wings were absolutely delicious, with a subtle touch of heat. Since then, I have also had the pleasure of trying the Louisiana rub, lemon pepper, and Hawaiian flavors. My personal favorites remain the Korean and lemon pepper. Furthermore, their fries are perfectly seasoned, and the Cajun fried corn is bursting with flavor. I wholeheartedly recommend Wingstop to anyone seeking to satisfy their wing cravings.
