Came in by myself and there were small groups of people waiting by the door. In fact the door area was congested. No greeting staff in sight. Someone said they were waiting already over 15 minutes. Mind you there was plenty of seating everywhere. Maybe 1/3 of the capacity is full, max. Someone dropped the ball. Many balls. I watched multiple people enter, wait around a minute, and turn around and leave. Anyway, I too chose another establishment which greeted and seated me right away.

Oh boy, this one's a doozy. Where to begin now? Oh right, yeah food was awful. First, I'm not sure who had the bright idea to ruin Alfredo sauce and marinara sauce by having both on one plate. But someone ought to chastise him good. Second, how hard is it to boil noodles? They were so soft and over cooked. The Alfredo sauce? Thin and watery. The chicken? No seasoning. I've had water less bland than that. The marinara? Just bad. And the next day, I woke up with a stomach ache from it all. The saving grace was the waitress who was nice and recommended the dish, but I'll knock a star for recommending it. That was bad. Altogether, save your money and if you want better quality food and service, go to Kroger down the street, get a frozen pasta dinner, put it in the microwave and you'll have a better tasting, better cooked meal that isn't just dog crap. Still can't believe I wasted twenty dollars on that when I could have spent 5 on a frozen dinner. Big mistake.

Every time I come here lately the waiters tend to the larger crowds and neglect couples and I'm assuming that goes for all smiles. Will change if service consistently changed. Came between 9pm and 10pm. Edit: it is currently 10:38 pm. We have ordered pretzels a quesadilla and one Tito's drink between two people. We each have a full glass sitting on our table and a very salty pretzel and we are being told because we are enjoying each other's company that we are showing signs of too much intoxication when we do not even feel the drinks at all hands down will not be coming back to improve this rating.

I wouldn't even give it one star but it made me. Waited almost 30 min to get a drink. The waitress couldn't answer any of my questions stating she was a bartender not a server, but yet she was our server. Her other customers seemed to be neglected as well as kept trying to apologize only at the end when giving the bill, typical..... not thrilled, don't know about food as 40 min later and still no appetizers....

I ordered delivery, which came from DoorDash. But uhh.. there were three flies in one of the entrees from our 2for25.. the new chicken parm. I had the bourbon street, shrimp were barely cooked. Might wanna get on this just saying. I used to work at an Applebees. Not cool

I didn’t eat there, but I work at the hotel next door! Two ladies heather and Zoey called to check on my safety at midnight I’m sure after a very long shift, there was an issue with a civilian in the parking lot we share. I’m not a fan of Applebees but I will be going just for heather and Zoey! Love the girl power!
