It is a café, self service styled restaurant. So, don't expect full service here. The food was ok, not as expected. Hot and sour soup is different from anywhere else. Shrimp cake was different flavor than the familiar fish cake in another Thai restaurant, but the dipping sauce was excellent. They can make Thai spicy flavor very well.

People are always surprised when I tell them that the best Thai food I’ve ever had isn’t in Bangkok, New York, or London — it’s here.
I’ve ordered from Bangkok Kitchen hundreds of times, and every single meal has been exceptional. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared — never a mistake, never an off day. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, and their pride in what they do shines through in every dish.
Bangkok Kitchen is truly a gem of our community — a premier establishment that sets the bar for quality and care. It’s my go-to comfort meal every time I’m back home visiting family, and I’m endlessly grateful to have it here in Ohio.
Excellent food for the price, I just wish they used real plates and cups for in restaurant eating. Eating out of plastic takeaway with plastic forks and paper cups is a bit off putting for a restaurant rated nearly 5 stars.

When I discovered this place near my house that was Thai I was ecstatic because Thai food is my fave and I usually drive to the west side to eat. So I started ordering take out from them from a dining delivery service that is NOT door dash. Today I decided to come in in person and today.. the pudgey front desk lady who is actually Thai and speaks perfect English made a stiff comment that she basically knew who I was and that I always get the same thing. Green Curry Tofu, and Tom Yum ..I didn't know they tracked their customers like that by name or made judgements for patronizing them. wild. Not surprisingly, the food today was absolutely disgusting like they intentionally put a bunch of pork fat and smokey sauce in a tofu dish, like I didn't know it wasn't 100% vegetarian because I make it all the time at home. it has fish sauce.. Dont order from businesses with bitter employees

We absolutely love this great Thai restaurant. We travel and hour to get there. My husband loves extra spicy and I do not. We both get what we want. We love it so much we get extra meals to bring home.We've never been disappointed. The staff is wonderful.
