Terrible customer service. They screwed up my order and had to give me something different AFTER they had me pay for it. They were able to get 2 other full orders out and paid before mine was fixed and refunded appropriately. Train your staff better. What a joke this place has turned into.

Been a Barry’s customer since the 1980’s. My God this business has gone downhill. They still use the same furniture from 40+ years ago. The floors are dirty. The worn out tables look dirty. Everything in the place seems sticky and there are always flies landing on your sandwich. Bathrooms aren't so great. Employees don’t seem engaged or engaging either. They’ll start to lock the doors before official closing time. Toaster is often broken or some ingredient has always run out. Yet they want a tip.

We always love Barry Bagels. Our favorite cream cheese flavor is veggie. Today all the bagels were coming out burnt, both halves of the bagel. The toaster should get looked at so we can come back and enjoy again.

I placed an order through Grubhub. Most restaurants accurately fulfill the order. However, the sugar cookie I received was undercooked. Why include it in the order? Even though I indicated to include utensils/napkins, I did not receive them. I previously ordered from them and that order was also incorrect for which I was provided a small refund from Grubhub. Accuracy and food quality should be a top priority.
