The gentlemen that made my coffee knew his stuff, I would not hesitate to come back here. The notes of roasted beans, the decadent texture of the whipped cream, the nutty aroma of the froth. I would describe it as otherworldly. Ethereal. High class coffee at low class prices.

I ordered a sandwich September 11, At 9: 15 I purchased the sandwich, not knowing that it had cream cheese on it. That was my first and last time going there, young lady the manager Disrespectfully yelled at me and told me she was not replacing my order but that I could be charged for another one or get out of her store said she don’t believe in God That was her problem and told us that we were miserable customers

STOP ASKING for tip. You don’t ask for tip! Im buying 5$ juice, tip for what?? You have the tips bucket on the window that enough if I feel I want to tips
I love Bigby Coffee. Particularly the ones on McCord in Sylvania and the Anthony Wayne Trail. They are very friendly and make it a point to remember what I like. The McCord location is the best! I'll continue to go there 5 days a week as long as that crew stays this consistently awesome!

The wait is ridiculous, it’s a pain in the BUTT to get into the parking lot if you’re coming from Toledo to Maumee. I was also given a used dirty gift card that I purchased for someone else which was the whole reason for my visit. Haven’t been there in probably a year and service has gone way down hill. 👎🏼 it was embarrassing to hand my loved one a nasty dirty gift card.

The coffee is always good, but I absolutely hate the fact the employees ask for a tip, and before I even get my coffee. I only go here if it's more convenient in my trip. I certainly do not go out of my way to patron this location.
