RICK HAS GOT TO GO!!! I dined in on Christmas Eve and had one hell of an experience. I had to wait over 40 minutes for my food, which is understandable because of how busy the staff was. The carry out was crazy busy and there was no managers out helping. Instead, I see the manager Rick doing absolutely NOTHING except getting angry at staff when trying to ask for help. I overheard one of the staff ask for help and Rick proceeded to throw a broom and burst out in anger. I have been coming here for years and have never seen a manager manage this place in a more terrible way than Rick has. I will NOT be coming back unless there is better management. Also, I wanted to say that although I had to wait for my food, my waitress was outstanding and the food was really good! Sorry for the rant but Rick has got to go!!!

This place is terrible. Rick (?) the cook is terrible at cooking! And he has a shitty attitude. 2 meals completely inedible. Fried chicken burnt, carrots extremely cold, hamburger just thrown on the plate, out of everything, no fries, no strawberries ( and that is one of the specials ) the only good thing was the waitress. Will never return!

I’m British and recently took a trip to the states to visit a friend. This was my first time in a Bob Evans and honestly, it was superb. Katy was very helpful and went above and beyond for us. Super helpful and informative and she really made the experience for us. As someone who works in hospitality in the U.K., I can very much appreciate the work she and the staff put in and how far reviews go. So thank you!!!
Probably my favorite place to get breakfast. Really good food and the customer service is amazing. I never have any complaints when I come here. Highly recommend!
