They were short staffed, food wasn't coming out all together. It was cold when we did get the food. No hostess, manager had no clue what was going on. 1 waitress(Tammy busting her butt) and it was lunchtime so was getting pretty busy. Poor Management. Won't be back

I visited B.Evans in Maumee earlier today with my family. We waited 20 minutes for our food before the waitress came out and told us they didn't have country fried steak. We had 3 orders of it. They said they have none. After waiting 20 minutes for our food. We then waited another 25 minutes before we got our food. Meanwhile she only came around for one drink. No refill. We sat there with no drinks while waiting for our food. She then brought our food without our biscuits. And no drinks. We ALSO didn't have our GRAVY for the chicken we got in place of the country fried steak. She said it would be a minute. By the time she brought it, we all had eaten our chicken. I also ordered a side of Cole slaw. That came AFTER the gravy and basically the entire meal. The Cole slaw tasted rancid. I didn't eat it. After we ate and I paid my bill for all 5 of us I sat and listened to the phone ring over and over and over while I could hear the girls at the counter talk about how they are too busy to answer the phone. They laughed so hard back and forth about that joke they made. There was absolutely noone in the restraunt. Us and One other small table. I've never been so disgusted by a waitress and restraunt as a whole. The food was mediocre at best. I wouldn't be surprised if this location is amongst the list of locations to be shut down. This place has gone down the drain. I felt like I was being robbed when paying the 66 dollar tab. What a joke!
