Location is 6420 Kit Ln Maumee. Worst customer service ever!!! They have great waitresses but their front staff (hostesses, managers,) are horrific !! They need to teach them customer service 101. Literally stood at hostess stand for about 5 minutes and no acknowledgment at all, I understand if they are short staffed but acknowledge your paying customers (a simple, someone will be with you, is better than nothing) !!! I don’t usually boycott a restaurant but we will not be back!! Will not recommend this Bob Evan’s location to anyone!!

We travel a lot. So this isn't our 1st bob evans. This location was absolutely horrible. Food sub par. Rolls were rocks. The new rancher meal not prepared to description. Chicken avocado meal. Avocado mush was spoiled. Waitress dropped meal and ran. Only saw her again to drop check. What a waste of

My wife and I make a nostalgic visit to Bob’s every now and then, mostly “then”, because the visits are almost always a disappointment. And it’s not simply contained to any one of their restaurants. There used to be something pleasing and comforting in having a meal there, but anymore, it’s just not, there’s always something just not right. The food is for the most part still good tasting, haven’t lost much there. Last night it was the presentation that ruined the meal for me. Who serves green beans on the same plate as fried chicken and French fries. The fries and the chicken are now no longer crispy. And I guess the meeker [less than half] portion of fries (smaller the McDonalds small bag) was to my advantage – less to get soggy. The beans should have been placed in a small bowl and then added to the plate. Further, they must have sat far too long in the warmer probably should have been tossed much earlier, or were over microwaved, the taste was good, texture however, terrible. If you ignore the soggy crust, the chicken was up to their norm, very good. Service, well, it matches everyone’s these days, understaffed, taxed but pleasant, so slow at times with apologies of course, but doing their best nonetheless. And finally, the checkout. Now I know it was probably a fluke, but it took over 15 minutes to check out at the register due to I.T. malfunctions. However, the root cause of the delays appeared to come from their protocol, no one could bypass the system or switch off to another register without a major ordeal. Final complaint and question, why are there no longer itemized receipts and only a record of my CC charges? Who cares about that, my CC will have that info to me within minutes, nay seconds, of the transaction. I’d like an itemized reference of my purchases.

Haven't been to a Bob Evans in years, was quite surprised. From what I remember the food was better and the selection was better.

We went here for thanksgiving dinner. Food was pretty mediocre. Thin dry turkey. Dry Mac and Cheese scraped off the bottom of the pan.Had to ask them to remake it. They did but c'mon. Shouldn't have to ask to have fresh food.We waited a long time to actually get our food and service was slow. It wasn't even packed. I understand it was on Thanksgiving but that's not an excuse for the service and food we got.

Hey I used to work at a Bob Evans back in the eighties Ain't nothing like the real deal. Nowadays Bob Evans is just glorified cafeteria food.

Store #367; 6420 Kit Lane, was absolutely horrible. I waited several minutes to be seated while two employees were more interested in their phones than me. The food was cold and the bacon tasted like burnt rubber. The waitress was ok. I call the Corporate Number listed on the internet to speak to someone in a foreign country that wasn't helpful at all; she just kept apologizing. This location will be closed soon, if they don't get real management in to run it correctly. Briarfield Cafe is across the street and they never disappoint.

It's Bob Evans lol good food good atmosphere. The service was a little slow but to be fair there was only 1 waitress who had apparently been trying to do the work of 2 since the other waitress had not shown up for work.
