Not sure where to begin. I imagine they are short staffed...at least I hope. We were told at check in it was a 15 mn wait for a table and a 45mn for food. Soooo ok we were in no rush. The restaurant was filthy, many open tables but they were alllll dirty. So we sat at the bar and no better. Just as dirty, slow service and then my wings were very luke warm along with my potato wedges... some cold. The sauce for my wings were just plopped in my bowl. Just overall bad. My hubby's Philly cheese steak sub was bite size!! Or maybe a kids menu portion? Nothing like the menu picture. Sorry bdubs but not going back. I'm glad you have regulars.

Had a pick up scheduled for 12:40 and didn’t receive it untill 1:05 when we asked why it wasn’t ready we were told that they gave our food to a few other tables because they had a large rush of people come in. On top of that they gave us the wrong type of fries. This is the 5th time they have not had our order ready.

LOVE the girl cashier NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB. If you don’t like customer service go work somewhere else!! I called in on new year for an order and a drink and got charged for a drink when we came to pick up she’s denying we got charged and we have a drink. ACTING SO RUDE AND APPARENTLY THEY ARE RUDE AND THINK ITS OKAY TO ACT LIKE THAT BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN BUSY. 8 months pregnant and all I wanted was that damn lemonade but I won’t ever come back to this location the buffalo wilds on central are way nicer. I won’t support a restaurant that think it’s okay to treat customers shady on a holiday. If your so miserable that it’s busy find another job.

How do you mess up plain wings so they messed up the plain wings had to wait another 35 minutes after 45 no biggie stuff happens by the time I got home all the food that sat was cold and dried out The wings were the only thing that was good and they tasted like fish the hatch chili burger had a half pound of peppers and I spent 110$ didn’t even finish the burger 🍔 and the other one had soggy bread my first time at this location, we normally go to the one on Central and we love it this place. It seemed different. Like a regular restaurant not bww

Waitresses were not prepared, granted it was not during dinner rush but that’s no excuse. We had to wait a long time just for the waitresses to find menus for us. We asked for ranch on our wrap and it wasn’t on the entire wrap, just on one specific spot. We were not offered boxes for our meal and when attempting to wave someone down for one, they made eye contact with me and went the other direction. Overall very poor experience…

Ordered online December 2, 2025 bone in wing orders 21.99 each total 43.98. The one order was to be dipped and the other regular. Got there the order was not ready and then the order was wrong. The cook seemed to be upset because one of the orders was supposed to be dipped. Took the order home and the wings were fried so hard we could only eat some of them because the chicken was old. 43.98 down the drain and this is the first time that I have had any issues because I enjoy the restaurant, but this trip was disappointing and i live too far to come back on that day we just made it work with other meat I had to prepare

I enjoy going to Buffalo wild wings. The wings have gotten smaller is the only drawback. I really like the atmosphere and all the different sports TV programs they have on. Any sports you can think of. You can always ask them to change the channel if there's something special you want to look at. The people are usually very friendly and accommodating. The french fries are very good. I get my sauces on the side and try three or four different ones. Right now through Christmas you can buy a $50 gift card and get a free $10 gift card. I get about $200 every year in gift cards. It is a pretty good deal.

Maaaan what the hell is this new queso dip? I hope it was just a temp sub. Besides that fire as always. I just wish I knew for sure if the recipe changed cause I won't order it to dip my wedges in anymore. The queso is probably technically better now for chips but meh.
