I saw an ad on Facebook for reasonable prices wings, so I placed a to-go order. Arrived at the time my confirmation email said it would be done. Ended up standing at the to go counter for over 30 minutes waiting on my food. I might be a little more understanding if the place was busy, but 80% of the tables were empty and there seemed to be an abundance of employees standing around. The kicker was that the food was like warm at best when I got home.

My fiancé and I went to Buffalo wild wings in Sylvania Ohio on Reynolds Road had the worst service ever we ordered drinks after we sat there for 20 minutes and appetizers, after about 30 more minutes, the appetizers came out still no drink we got up, and walked out. Then we went to the buffalo wild wings in Maumee Ohio the guy was really nice brought us our drinks right away. We waited a little while for him come back for our order and he informed us they were out of tortilla chips, mind you almost all of their appetizers consist of tortilla chips, so I asked if I could substitute pretzel bites for the nachos that were supposed to be on there ultimate appetizer menu, which mind you the pretzel bites are about three dollars cheaper than the nachos. I was told no, because they’re going to start doing this thing where you can make your own ultimate appetizer by picking your own so they can’t do that, so we finished our drink and we got up and left. We went to Applebee’s in Maumee Ohio where we should’ve went in the first place. They saved our evening, and I will never be back to Buffalo wild wings again they used to be one of my favorite places. We would treat ourselves occasionally which made it even more special now I don’t even wanna hear the words B dubs.

I ordered the grilled chicken Caesar salad, and it was extremely disappointing. The chicken was barely warm, rubbery, and difficult to cut. My husband's fries were hard and dry.
After just a few bites, I was done. Absolutely awful experience!

If ya wanna play Keno.. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! The machine never works.. and the management has NO IDEA of what to do!!!
Waited at the kiosk for 15 minutes and nobody said a word to me. Three different people went up there to talk to other customers and I never got a table. Came hungry, left hungry and disappointed. Should've just Doordashed something I guess.

My husband and I came in for dinner. We had onion rings for appetizer. They were good. Food came I ordered a patty melt, it had no grilled onions and the burger was so dry and burn, I had a hard time eating it. I wouldn't recommend the Patty melt. A patty melt is suppose to be grilled with grilled onions. Terrible sandwich.
