Hubby and I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sand and the Southern Chicken Sand tonight for dinner. But, I don't know what sand I ended up with. I got pickles, and some peppers, but no cole slaw. And my husband didn't have any buffalo sauce on his sand.

Whole bunch of people standing around no one cooking waiting for food and they keep screwing off but no food. Got here 20 minutes early and still did not get me the food when they committed. They gave themselves 40 minutes. Unbelievable!
Ended up asking for a refund and the manager never ask what happen. 25 minutes waiting and 5 minutes after they told me it would be done. Food just sat at the counter.
They just don’t care and the party going on with employees all hanging out talking but no one could do the food.

Worst experience at any Buffalo Wild Wings in the entire country! I've never had to ask for the manager. But this location clearly does not care about customer satisfaction. Just look at the comments below. My experience is not a one off. Their take-out staff may as well be replaced by an ipad that rudely informs you of your "promise time," and then tells you "it'll be another few minutes" any time you inquire about your order. My promise time was 730, I did not get my order until 825. When I asked for the manager, because NONE of the staff were capable of communicating just how long the wait may be, she took 20 minutes to come out herself. She informed me, "no one showed up to work today." I did see her frying up appetizers herself. Was the food good once I got it? No, I ordered wings and a wrap and somehow the kitchen took 30 minutes to make a wrap. And all the rest of my order sat and waited on the counter, cooling off. When this was all brought to the manager's attention, I was told my order would be amended. That did not happen. It's been a week and no changes have been made to the total I paid for this lackluster order of fried food. Waiting with me this night were at least 5 other people waiting for their take out orders, and a stream of doordash delivery drivers that cancelled the orders due to the wait. Instead of metering orders and limiting tables sat, this store's idea of service is "make them wait" Unacceptable.

Had an awesome dinner tonight! Bruce was our waiter, he is one of the best waiters you can have! Food was hot and just as we ordered. Did take a bit on the take out order, we were able to play trivia and visit while waiting! My other favorite wait staff is Loren! I always ask for either of them. I know I will receive great service!

The take out is very frustrating. Food is never ready at the estimated time and consistently 15+ minutes later than estimated time. When I arrived today, they had not even started my order yet. Worker told me it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I did not get my food for another 35 minutes. Never any kind of apology, discount, etc. This is a consistent issue at this location.

I havent ate at ANY BW3's since the Maumee, Ohio store served me a box of wings with the feathers still on them not once but TWICE. I spent 20 minutes arguing with the manager. Once they sell you wings she said they cant refund your order but they can fix you a new order. The 2nd order had feathers on them also but not as bad as the first order. Her exact words were that their cooks dont have time to check every wing for feathers and that eating 1 or 2 feathers wouldn't affect anyone. I posted pictures so other consumers can themselves decide. I wrote their corporate office and never heard a word from them so I'm gonna assume, they feel the same as the people they hire.
Horrible horrible horrible service from the heavy set black lady with glasses yea hopefully you read this rude as hell my over was 35 minutes past due I made a mistake by asking for ranch for my onion rings she made sure to charge me for it after the long wait you could have offered it for the wait hell didn't even get a I'm sorry for long wait rude as hell dealing with the public you would think you would have better manners..

You just never know what waitress you'll wind up with. The service today was unacceptable. I counted BW3 had 37 open tables/booths...OK!!! Yet they had 5 waitresses, and not one was helping customers. The BW3 Waitresses were more concerned with their PHONES!

Our waitress seems stressed drinks and appetizers were good did not wait long for those but are main course took an hour and then she finally got them out they were cold so she brought us some new chicken chunks That did not look as good as the first batch ,was brought out within 5 minutes she said she stole someone else's order. If I order again I'll just stick with takeout.
