My family and I were in town for our daughter’s volleyball tournament! We are Buffalo Wild Wings lovers, so it was a no brainer this is where we chose to eat! We literally had the BEST time due to our server! BRUCEEEEEEE! He kept us laughing, kept us entertained, kept our drinks full and made sure we had what we needed! ALL of this while having MULTIPLE tables of customers. He was amazing! Our kids loved him also! When you go to this location it’s a MUST to ask for Bruce! You won’t be disappointed!

I was told “you can NOT chug your beer (blue moon)” . I was patient with the below average timeliness of our server. During the unexpected event of my prolonged service I get a thirst for my brew. Upon arrival I garnished my mead in a hastily manner. My server informed me the speed of alcohol consumption is monitor and prohibited by staff. Very unamerican… I can’t believe these times. My grandfather would be ashamed and honestly disappointed. I was also informed “pitches of alcohol are prohibited”

Buffalo Wild Wings is a good place to go if you're looking to enjoy a sporting event with friends. The staff make it a point to have their numerous televisions tuned in at all times. The bigger the event (Super Bowl, World Series, March Madness), the bigger the excitement. The problem is, when you take that away, visiting a B-Dubs location is...meh. The last time I visited, the host was disinterested in showing any emotion except apathy at my visit. When the server arrived, I felt rushed and when I asked about side items for my chicken wrap, I must have bored her because she rolled her eyes at my question. Maybe I was taking too long, maybe she was having a bad day, I don't know. It took 20+ minutes to get our food, and it wasn't busy (afternoon, lunch, around 3pm). The server didn't visit to check on the food for 15 minutes (so much for two minutes or two bites), and by then, any desire for drink refills were unnecessary. She left the check and eventually returned to run my card. Overall, I just wasn't thrilled to want to return. The food is okay, but when you feel like you're not appreciated for coming in, you just decide to go somewhere else next time. Toledo certainly has enough options to choose from. Atmosphere, food, and service are what attract customers. Fail in Atmosphere, you might still do okay. Fail in food and/or service, and you've got a hole to dig out of.

Waitress very seldom checked on us. Other wait staff brought our food and everything we kept asking waitress for that she never got. Sauces, drinks, utensils.
