Just left from fishing at the Maumee River with my family. My son wanted a bite to eat before we headed home so we stopped at Burger King. I just want to say our meals were perfect!!! Everything was hot. No mistakes on my son's plain whooper with cheese (he's picky). The kids meal for my other son was also perfect. The fries...The drinks...Stark was an excellent customer service associate. We didn't even have to ask for condiments, he asked us. Where we're from we don't get that kind of experience. Our food is always cold, never done right and they always forget the ketchup. I am in total shock right now. Please give this place the praise they deserve.........

I hope that this travels back to the amazing employee, Mrs. Lean (I hope I’m spelling it right), at the Maumee ohio location. My little girl turned 5 this past year, her request for birthday lunch? Burger King of course! Leann greeted us immediately, was so kind and professional she made my daughter feel like an absolute princess! The restaurant was clean and decorated nicely for Christmas. Leann made it a point to make sure (without us asking) that my daughter received a Barbie toy compact, and what’s better than Burger King and Barbie toys? A cookie of course! Leann went out of her way to make our little girl feel special ! You don’t see that often these days and I cannot tell you how good it felt to see and experience. It’s so important to be kind and to see someone else doing so is amazing. It’s things like this that brighten our days and lighten the loads of life! Thank you Leann for your kindness I hope you see this and are recognized, I imagine I’m not the only one who’s witnessed you in action!

It's definitely one of the best burger kings I've been to regarding the staff and how customers are treated.
I just pulled out of line after waiting over 30 minutes sitting there without not even being acknowledged and asked to wait a minute couple other people in front of me were waiting a long time too but wasn't even acknowledged sat there for 30 minutes absolutely ridiculous
Go here all the time! The whoppers are always good and the milkshakes are even better!

Said no tomatoes on my 7.00 whopper? Heard soo..many people complaining about there orders? I see a lot of employees in back . and they're not that busy? let's get it together!! And it's not a good look when taking my order,the girl was on her phone texting........kids!!

went inside to order only because I needed to use the restroom as well. everything was exceptionally clean! there was no wait and all the employees were friendly, smiling and laughing with each other. i could tell it was a fun work environment. one employee even shouted out, "i love you!" to her fellow employees as she was leaving. the cashier who took my order was so sweet. she had such a great smile and she even paid me a compliment. what a refreshing atmosphere in a world where so much customer service has declined. my iced coffee was made to perfection without too much ice, and my wrap was hot and fresh with tender chicken. five stars all the way!
