Carrabba's Italian Grill

First time at this place and I have been in the industry before and still work in customer service. It started out OK but we had to ask for refills 3 times and never got one. I asked for no mushrooms in my dish and it came packed with it. I asked to just please comp the dish itself and I'll pick them out- only to be met a minor 10% discount. Smh. Our server was forgetful and inattentive. She was very nice but even our surrounding tables were complaining too. Food was really good. But not a great experience at all. Definitely won't be back to this location at least. Seems like leadership needs more organization or experience in general. Order your food to go and you'll be good I guess.

We looked forward to eating here on a Saturday afternoon. We waited thirty minutes for waters and beer to never arrive to the table while the waiter who was also the bartender, blamed someone else for not bringing our drinks out. The restaurant was only a quarter full. We got up and left. Tremendous disappointment. Management is obviously asleep.

Never had calamari so crispy & staff unattentive.
Maybe it was just too late in the evening for them.

Our dinner experience on December 28 was disappointing. We had 5 adults and 4 children ages 7-12 in our party. We were seated right away and our server, Sadonna, was friendly and helpful, but admitted that she was new and still learning the menu. One of the children ordered a meal from the adult menu, and he did not receive his meal until the rest of us were almost finished with our meals. One of the adults returned his meal because the pasta was not fully cooked and the sauce was watery. It was replaced by a freshly cooked meal that was an improvement over the first one. Both of those meals were taken off our bill by the manager who was very apologetic. The rest rooms were not very clean. We have visited this Carabba's numerous times and this was by far the most disappointing experience we've had here. Not sure we will return.

Came in 15 minutes before restaurant was supposed to be closed on New Year’s Eve which was 10pm to pick up a door dash order for a customer doors were unlocked no customers in the restaurant employees were cleaning kitchen while playing ghetto rap music and I was told by the hostess that my customers order was the thrown away with several other door dash orders because it had been sitting their since 7pm. Customer was not notified of this by the restaurant and door dash wasn’t notified either very bad customer service.

me and my wife came in December 27th 2025 for dinner around 8:30pm wasn't busy at all we ordered glas of wine appetizer and 2 entrees calamari came ot with big big clump of calamari that was stuck together notified our server he said ill have them make you a half order I said that was fine just make it 2 go so when I looked in the bag it didnt have any marinara in the bag so he said he'll get us some so he put it in the bag I got home and it was like 1/4 of a cup of marinara will not be returning if this is how cheap the company is gonna be on something they messed up

Our server was lovely. Jumping from the bar to the tables and still joyful, upbeat, and friendly. I have not had a good steak in years, and finally had one here! They even brought my refill before I asked!
