The first time I went there this year the entree was awful. I was so disappointed I was not going to go back. Somehow I ended up going again and I got the Fettuccine Carrabba and it was TO DIE FOR! They have been redeemed!

Food is great like all Carrabbas. Low star rating because they like to sit you in an area with poor lighting (dark). Poor lighting is not atmosphere but lack of them wanting to change light bulbs or fix issue.

I was a regular for years before joining the Army. After nearly 20 years away its certainly not the same. My go to dish has always been the steak with marsala sauce. The meat used to be high quality. Now it's quite gristly. We eat here almost weekly as it is close to home and each time I have to work through tough gristle. If they would go back to good quality meat I'd give them all the stars.

I gave three starts due.to their salad. It wasn't fresh and didn't taste good. Otherwise it is a 5-start place.

Bad: Table wasn’t wiped, one chair had sticky substance still on it, food delivery took little longer than expected.

Pasta cold, steak not cooked, 24 people with 1 waitress, 8 uneaten meals and she didn't clue in to ask why, had reservation for 6 but they sat us at 630 after we asked why.

Veal Marsala was great. The waitress only checked on me once. Took 15 minutes to get check and another 10 to get it picked up to pay. I almost rated service a 1, but the hostess and another server helped.

Ray was my server and he was very attentive! Had my water full at all times! Food was great! He double checked my order was right before sending it back! Definately will be back!!

Staff were all very friendly, food came out quick and hot. Pasta was a bit overcooked and my table for some reason had 2 almost-full salt shakers and one nearly empty pepper shaker. Overall great experience and tasty food.

I really like this places. Chicken Bryan is my favorite dish, but everything is delicious. I've never had a bad experience. Wish some of the tables were not so close to other though.

For the price we spent as a couple ($85 with the tip), it just wasn't a good value in my mind.

It's OK. I never see the same staff when I visit Carrabba's. And it shows. Each time I visit it, my or my not be a good experience. Seems like a tremendous amount of staff & management turnover. So roll the dice ?...it could be a great meal or not
