Went to the Maumee Chipotle last night around 8:15 and was met with the best customer service I've had in YEARS, from any food establishment. It was so refreshing, felt like I had warped back to the early 2000s lol. The black gentleman serving the food needs a raise, a gift card, a salute, an all expense paid vacation and the young white lady who rung us out can join him; They were both great. I was even more pleasantly surprised when I got home and the food was delicious. I again warped back to when Chipotle first opened and everything was seasoned and portioned to perfection. They even remembered to put my vinaigrette in the bag for my salad! Kudos kudos kudos and thank you for a much needed all around pleasant experience

Terrible service and extremely unprofessional behavior. I visited the Conant St. Chipotle in Maumee and ordered a cheese quesadilla made the same way as a kids quesadilla, just with a regular tortilla. I explained this clearly at the start. The employee said he needed to ask his manager, then confirmed it was fine and charged me for a regular entrée, which I had no issue paying.
After paying, I saw my quesadilla being made the wrong way and politely asked about it. I was then spoken to rudely and told it “wasn’t allowed,” which was never explained to me earlier. Had I been told that upfront, I would not have ordered. A manager then intervened and spoke to me in an equally rude and dismissive manner, arguing with me instead of resolving the issue—despite this exact order being made for me multiple times before at this location.
I requested a refund, which the cashier did not know how to process, and the manager responded by angrily snapping at him in front of customers. This was unacceptable and unprofessional toward both customers and staff.
As a frequent Chipotle customer, this experience was genuinely disappointing. I have always enjoyed Chipotle and chosen it regularly because of the consistency and quality I expect. Unfortunately, this visit fell far short of those standards, and I hope this location takes this feedback seriously so other loyal customers do not have a similar experience.

I am a vegetarian I wanted a bowl with extra fajita to make up for my protein the black girl cook had an attitude and refused to make any they were already empty literally a few pieces of fajita mix left you know it's Christmas Eve they're about to be busy why would you not have enough product have a backup of fajita ready to go remind you I am a chef for 20 years it's not that hard to mix up peppers and onions horrible customer service horrible atmosphere horrible place

I came in the night before Thanksgiving, and the place was extremely busy. The entire staff—aside from one person—was working incredibly hard and doing their best to keep up with the rush. They all deserve a lot of credit.
However, one employee stood out in a negative way. The light-skinned young man with curly hair appeared completely disengaged from his job and showed no sense of urgency. When the line worker ran out of white rice and called back to him, the rice was already fully cooked and simply needed to be transferred to a bowl and mixed with cilantro and seasoning. Despite this, it took him nearly five minutes to complete the task, and another employee had to assist him. His lack of effort clearly shows that he does not care about his job and needs to be fired.
The young woman preparing my bowl, on the other hand, could have completed the task in under 30 seconds. I wish I knew her name because she genuinely deserves recognition for how hard she was working

This lady was so helpful. Made my day. I ordered for my wife when she got off work, as a kind gesture. This lady helped beyond what I expected, as I had only been there years ago. She was awesome, making it beyond simple. I was totally impressed with the service! Turned out, my wife loved it! I wish I had her name and took photos. Food and service were great. I didn't even think about a review, until afterwards.

$20 for one chipotle bowl that was so overpowered with salt that it was not even edible and had to be thrown away. Skimped on fajita veggies per usual. Not the first time I've been dissatisfied with this location, but wasn't enough to complain about. Avoiding this location now. Should have went to Taco Bell across the street
