Worker was rushing kind of rude.. ordered 2 sour cream on the side only received one...had lot of fat still on the steak.. tomato in the medium sauce !

Close this whole place down they give you only enough food to feed a toddler then get mad when u say something like digging in the bottom of the tray for lettuce and cheese wow. Definitely won’t be back if you gone give toddler portions u need to charge toddler prices.

I will absolutely never attend this location again. It was filthy, the attitudes of the staff was just unpleasant. I was waiting way too long, and finally get to the cash register and the manager interrupts my order as I'm talking to server. This location really has me straight on Chipotle for a while. I was shocked at the service in this area.

everytime i come here they are always scrambling around and NEVER have cheese. the blonde haired girl working has no costumer service skills and is rude everytime i come in. it was an hour before they closed and all they did was treat me like im an inconvenience. also the manager decided to tell everyone that they couldn’t do bogo deals that’s fine im not using that the dude behind me is pissed and asked for manager then the manager explained then decided to punch the oven next to him then yell profanities then proceeded to walk out. the counter was disgusting and my burrito was halfway not wrapped. don’t think i’m gonna come back for awhile because this is the most unorganized unclean chipotle and has such a lack of communication with staff.

Normally when I go, I don't have a bad experience but tonight my girlfriend and I went in at 10:30. All the employees were acting like we weren't there. They were cleaning up for the night which I get but they don't close till 11. The person at the register finally told the one girl to help us. She rolled her eyes and had an attitude. She wasnt being patient and getting rude about what my girlfriend wanted. She answered rudely when she asked if there was anymore steak. I get if you're having a bad to go in the back and chill out but don't take it out on your customers and she had the same attitude with the next customers. I got irritated and didn't get anything because I wasn't going to deal with it.

Ordered a steak and rice only bowl. This is exactly how it came. Almost 15 bucks for this. Chipotle is going down hill. I will tell everyone I know to stop coming to any of these places. You can’t tell me the cost of rice is that high.

My girlfriend and I come here a lot. We were completely rushed and when ordering and just to find a bug in my girlfriend’s bowl. It’s extremely disappointing to see they rush their customers but can’t check whether the food is safe enough for customers. This is just gross.
I think we are going to be taking a break from this Chipotle if not Chipotle all together…

Would give a rating of none if Yelp had it. This place has reached the "Trash Level". First & second visits following their opening some time ago, were very satisfying, the food was well prepared, had great flavor, on time and as ordered. From then on a downward spiral into the realm of Trash Restaurants. Next few visits, not only did they get the orders wrong, on one occasion they couldn't even find the order. Figured O well, they'll get back on track, not to be, the last two trips the orders are nearly indescribable; nearly half portion, food cold, rice undercooked, nacho's stale one time, cold, soft and chewy - no crunch whatsoever the next, my air fryer struggled to bring them back to life. And no, it was not from sitting there waiting for us to pick up, placed the order from their parking lot, picked up 10 minutes later per "their" instructions. No pride, no quality control, no management oversight to ensure some sort of quality level above garbage. Piss Pour, Trash Level Establishment, joining their sister restaurants - McDonalds, in the land of incompetence.
Please cook the rice. My brisket burrito is not edible.

We arrived 4 minutes after our order was scheduled to be ready. Someone took our pickup order or it hadn't been prepared and the staff member didn't believe me to the point where I had to read out the names on the available bags to her.

My complaint is the food. While it's usually good today the chicken was super dry and tasted old, and the rice was churchy. Not satisfied at all! I couldn't even finish the bowl I'm very disappointed.
