Went to the Maumee Chipotle last night around 8:15 and was met with the best customer service I've had in YEARS, from any food establishment. It was so refreshing, felt like I had warped back to the early 2000s lol. The black gentleman serving the food needs a raise, a gift card, a salute, an all expense paid vacation and the young white lady who rung us out can join him; They were both great. I was even more pleasantly surprised when I got home and the food was delicious....

I came in the night before Thanksgiving, and the place was extremely busy. The entire staff—aside from one person—was working incredibly hard and doing their best to keep up with the rush. They all deserve a lot of credit.

However, one employee stood out in a negative way. The light-skinned young man with curly hair appeared completely disengaged from his job and showed no sense of urgency. When the line worker ran out of white rice...

This lady was so helpful. Made my day. I ordered for my wife when she got off work, as a kind gesture. This lady helped beyond what I expected, as I had only been there years ago. She was awesome, making it beyond simple. I was totally impressed with the service! Turned out, my wife loved it! I wish I had her name and took photos. Food and service were great. I didn't even think about a review, until afterwards.
