i placed a delay pickup order. it was supposed to be a triple pint with cookie dough ice cream. it was cake batter ice cream. i know because their cake batter ice cream is sickeningly sweet and play dough tasting. 𤢠also the toppings are too mixed i wanted brownie but itâs just full of crumbs. iâm surprised the cookie dough was even intact probably too hard to break up. shitty ice cream for $18đđź

Went in around 2pm today, took 6 minutes for an employee to even come out of the back, I could have robbed the place twice by then lol. She comes out in a hoodie and no actual work clothes. Then we ask for their new item. She says they ran out but had only opened 2 hours prior and the place was completely empty. Whoever owns this cold stone needs to figure things out.

My daughter worked at this shop in Maumee for years, along with other teenagers paid below minimum wage, relying on tips to make up the difference. Two separate general managers were caught stealing those tipsâmoney earned by kids working long, hard hours. This wasnât a misunderstandingâit was deliberate, repeated theft. Even worse, corporate was made aware through multiple reports and chose to do nothing. No action, no safeguards, and no transparency. To make matters worse, several employees who spoke up about the theft were fired. Only recentlyâafter a second round of prolonged theftâhave some been asked to return. But the message is clear: speak up, and youâre expendable. This isnât just mismanagementâitâs systemic abuse of young workers. If youâre a parent, customer, or someone considering a job here, be warned: this company has allowed tip theft at the highest store level and retaliated against those who tried to stop it.

We ordered pick up and when we got to the location the workers were standing around talking. They didn't start our order right until we got there. They need to focus more on work and less time chit chatting.
Ice cream and service is always good, but please bring back butter pecan!

Stopped today just after noon, went up to the door and it was locked. Not a huge deal I thought (they open at noon), but we decided to wait to see if anyone was in the building. Waited a few minutes more, but it was raining, so we went to our car and decided to call. It took quite a few rings and then a lady answered. I asked if they were open and she said with an attitude , âmmmhmmmâ. I said well, your doors are locked and she said âI guess the door is sticking againâ. She finally came out and checked the door and she had to unlock it. Needless to say, we went somewhere else. I do not recommend this location.

I ordered four love it sizes. I got one of the sundaes with an added brownie. No brownie. One of my love it sizes, was literally only filled half way. I paid almost $50 for all of this. I made sure the lady working knew that I ordered a live it size and I got like it. Cold stone is such a rip off.
