Who's paying six dollars for a small ice cream
We ordered pick up and when we got to the location the workers were standing around talking. They didn't start our order right until we got there. They need to focus more on work and less time chit chatting.
Ice cream and service is always good, but please bring back butter pecan!
Stopped today just after noon, went up to the door and it was locked. Not a huge deal I thought (they open at noon), but we decided to wait to see if anyone was in the building. Waited a few minutes more, but it was raining, so we went to our car and decided to call. It took quite a few rings and then a lady answered. I asked if they were open and she said with an attitude , “mmmhmmm”. I said well, your doors are locked and she said “I guess the door is sticking again”. She finally came out and checked the door and she had to unlock it. Needless to say, we went somewhere else. I do not recommend this location.

Google and the stores door say they are open Saturday and Sunday. I drove 20 minutes to get here and find out there is no one here. Waste of time.
I ordered four love it sizes. I got one of the sundaes with an added brownie. No brownie. One of my love it sizes, was literally only filled half way. I paid almost $50 for all of this. I made sure the lady working knew that I ordered a live it size and I got like it. Cold stone is such a rip off.

The cost has gotten out of hand for the amount that you get. Sad to say will not be going again.
Finally giving up on this location. We've ordered online several times and never received the order correctly. Mainly, they never have dipped bowls, if they have any bowls at all, and instead of refunding the bowl or replacing it with something close, they just say and do nothing. We've tried to address the issue at least twice in the store and they claim they cannot do refunds or exchanges and say we need to ask for a refund online if we want one. We tried that and online it says to contact the store.
We've gone in person to order a few times, and it's been good twice but otherwise they mostly don't have a lot of menu items and/or the employees are pretty careless. Last time we were immediately informed upon entering that they won't accept credit cards, cash only. My mother in law said "okay, I have a $50" and they responded that they won't take anything over a $20. Our order was around $45 total. The girl working seemed almost happy to keep presenting road blocks. They didn't have 2 ingredients and did not have the chocolate dipped bowls. At least we didn't pay for nothing this time.

They had their child at work, let the child open the door at 11:58, we went in thinking they sent their kid to open the door and was met with an extremely rude “we’re not open you can’t be in here, the door shouldn’t be open”. She then proceeds to yell at her child.We waited outside for 10 minutes after they were supposed to open. Open sign was on, nada.This is the second time we’ve attempted to come here and get ice cream and they haven’t opened on time.The extremely rude attitude was uncalled for

Had a terrible experience with a lady in there on 04/15/24. She just looked like she didn’t want to be at work. The waffle cone that came with my order was burnt or overcooked. After she put the cone down on the counter. I asked if I could please get a cone that’s not burnt. She goes “ I already took it out I can’t put it back in or I can give you another one but I will have to charge you for two cones”. I said I’m good I don’t want it. She threw it away. So I asked her you would rather throw a cone away than selling one cone? She goes “ I’m not gonna argue with you and walked away ?”. Sorry this could have been short! Just having my little Karen moment. Lady quit your job if you hate. Life is beautiful!
