Incredibly rude service. Asked for 2 pops and 2 waters and only received 2 cups. Asked for chicken chunks with ranch and didn't get any ranch. Got a steak burger that was burnt beyond ediblity. Was told that's how they're served by the rude woman at the counter. They tried to make up for the scorched $15 burger with a $2 dessert. We elected to eat at this restaurant rather than a chain because we like to support local businesses. We will not make that mistake with this particular restaurant again.

We had Deet's at a corporate events and they crushed! Food was great + the staff were all super kind. Highly recommend.

Deet’s BBQ is hands down one of my favorite BBQ spots in Toledo! While I miss Mr. Bill’s touch on the grill, the new cook has truly stepped up and delivers amazing flavor every time.

The prices are just right, making it a go-to for great BBQ without breaking the bank.

Delicious BBQ and a friendly staff

This barbecue restaurant is absolutely delicious. We visited with a group, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The meats were cooked very well, the sides were tasty, and the barbecue sauces were excellent. Though we ate at the restaurant, this would be a good place for takeout.

The food truck is terrible. Food looked so gross I had to immediately throw it out. Really poor effort on all fronts.

Experience started out with walking through the door and a worker was sitting at the table finishing his food. He wiped his nose and mouth and rose out of his seat, left his trash and napkin on the table and proceeded to go to the kitchen overlooking the sink to prepare my to go order. He did NOT wash his hands. When I noticed what he was doing, I said excuse me to the gentleman at the cashier who was now providing information to a couple about catering and asked him could he inform the guy who was about to prepare my to go order that he just wiped his face after eating and did not wash his hands. I asked for the female who was in the kitchen who was already prepping food to prepare my food if the gentleman did not cleanse his hands. The cashier looked at me stunned and then said he would let the gentleman in the kitchen know. He then went on continuing to help the customer. He never informed the worker of my concerns. The gentleman who did not wash his hands handed me my food. I get the food home, I ordered brisket and polish sausage for my family. Put the bag on the stove and notice the bottom of the bag is covered in oil. I pull both plastic containers out and both of the lids are covered with oil. Open the packages and the meat is drenched in oil. Needless to say $79.00 down the drain. Will not be retuning.

Stopped by the truck at the rib off Saturday 07/27/24, got great food. Order was all messed up, and the staff in the truck wanted to argue over a serving of beans that they forgot. What happened to the customer is always right??

Once again, a Texan up north trying to find some good que. This place has 4.7 stars and I was hoping for the best. Great atmosphere, playing BB King and the "Blues" when I walked in. I ordered the "personal sampler" with pulled chicken, ribs, smoked Polish sausage, brisket beans, Mac n cheese and cornbread. They did have sweet tea so gold star for them! The pulled chicken was interesting but tasty. The smoked Polish sausage was good but the ribs were tougher than an old lady's Chihuahua. There was no falling off the bone, hell I almost fell outta the chair trying to get the bone out! ? They were seasoned well just not loved on in the smoker long enough. Everyone in the joint was raving about that Mac n cheese & cornbread and bless their lil hearts. ? I think they all had "Helsinki Syndrome" (when you get held hostage for so long you start thinking like your captors ?) because the Mac n cheese was literally Kraft macaroni & cheese made with spiral noodles and the cornbread tasted like an unfrosted cupcake . (Super sweet) The brisket beans tasted like canned beans with no visible brisket in them BUT, they did have sweet tea! (even though the cornbread was sweeter than the tea ??) Being from Texas I may have a bias but even my ribs, mac n cheese and brisket beans too theirs and I'm just a Jr. Pit Master. 6 out of 10 and that because I'd never had "pulled chicken" and they had sweet tea. Service was great, food came out very fast and the atmosphere was decent. If I went back it'd be because they have sweet tea.. ??
