I bought some coffee with my lunch and the lid was unsecured. It was spilled on my left hand and I received 1st degree burns that caused me pain for 3 days and limited my ability to work with my hands. I filed a complaint and spoke with the owner about the situation and he told me the best he could do is give me a 20$ gift card. I will never make another purchase with dunkin for the rest of my life. I spent 20$ everyday at this location for over a year and the owner was making this out to be my fault. Im sorry but a 20$ gift card is an insult. I may have discoloration on my hand for the rest of my life.

I came in this morning on 6/6 - free donut day! The line wrapped around the building but when I tell you they had me in and out of that line in less than 5 minutes. What a stellar crew! Everyone was so kind and my drink and food was excellent!

The avocado toast is very good and the coffee was spectacular. Definitely. Will be back for my morning coffee. And toast
I went through the drive thru and ordered a signature latte but they didn’t put cinnamon sugar, the drizzle or whipped cream on it and when i said isn’t it supposed to have whipped cream they just said yes and the girl behind the order taker lady made a face at me.

Showed up 15 mins before close. 745pm on a Friday sign on the door says 8pm and yet it was locked with workers working inside giving us the clear cold shoulder and not answering the drive thru speaker from 748 pm to 8:01. I'm cancelling my Dunkin membership and switching to Biggby!
