My niece wanted the Wicked tin and they were out but was still charged for it and not sure if he was the owner or manager but he was very sincere in his apology and I will be back. He gave her some free donuts and to call to get a refund. He didn’t have to do any of that. And this is why I’m never mad or mean to retail employees cause it is not their fault on what’s on the app when ordering. Please be nice this season to the people who are doing you a favor on working on a holiday.

So I come here pretty often now that I’ve moved and it’s close to me. They’re almost always super polite and attentive, they are extremely fast. Really my only complaint is lately they’ve been playing gospel/religious music and just really not my vibe and also seems weird to hear in a place that’s not Hobby lobby and in an chain restaurant … not sure who’s in charge of the music selections, especially in the early evenings, but I feel bad for all of the employees having to listen to that on an extended basis

I bought some coffee with my lunch and the lid was unsecured. It was spilled on my left hand and I received 1st degree burns that caused me pain for 3 days and limited my ability to work with my hands. I filed a complaint and spoke with the owner about the situation and he told me the best he could do is give me a 20$ gift card. I will never make another purchase with dunkin for the rest of my life. I spent 20$ everyday at this location for over a year and the owner was making this out to be my fault. Im sorry but a 20$ gift card is an insult. I may have discoloration on my hand for the rest of my life.

I came in this morning on 6/6 - free donut day! The line wrapped around the building but when I tell you they had me in and out of that line in less than 5 minutes. What a stellar crew! Everyone was so kind and my drink and food was excellent!
