The Best Pizza.
The pizza was wonderful! I had seafood pizza, and it was yummy! Great prices. Excellent Customer Service!
My Girl is from Toledo, and every visit we have to get a large cheese to bring back to Cincy! Delicious!
We order an extra lg pepperoni got it home and 1/2 the bottom was burnt and it was very salty. Called returned the pizza minus the bites we took. New pizza wasn't burnt but cheese tasted weird and salty. I have been eating Gino's pizza since 1972 at the Monroe st. Location. I have had pizzas from all the locations. The pizzas we got from Maumee were the worst pizzas I have ever had.
The Asst. Manager wasn't concerned only wanted to tell me his boss was going to be the owner and that their sauce was made by a company now.
Nice! Pizza is great
Overcooked pizza but made another on. No ice in machine
Great tasting pizza as always. Just can't beat that Original Gino's taste.
Simply my favorite pizza anywhere
I spoke with Amy twice. Once about modifying a pizza order that was placed through door dash (which she said she was able to do NO PROBLEM). Even heard her in the background telling a worker not to start the order yet.
Received the pizza, 1 half was correct… the other half was not. When I called back and spoke to Amy - again…she lied and stated that she never spoke to me and never agreed to modify the pizza. She ended the conversation saying it wasn’t her problem and she’s been a manager for 8 years and hung up on me.
I am extremely appalled by her behavior especially being they we do business here so often and have never experienced this type of horrible customer service. I definitely did not have a problem reaching out to door dash to rectify the issue, but it’s the fact that AMY was so rude that it makes you not even feel comfortable eating at the establishment- unsure if she would purposely do something to my food.
Please Amy, do better. It’s okay to take accountability, offer an apology, and work towards a solution.
This is my favorite pizza in the area! The crust is the perfect thickness & has a great crunch at the end, the sauce is AMAZING, the cheese is unique & delicious, & the cook is the perfect amount of doneness. The cinnamon sticks are super fluffy when most places have chewy ones. I recommend extra icing!
I agree that the policy of having to show your payment card & ID is outdated & unnecessary, and they also cut unevenly sized slices, but both of these flaws are negligible to me.
I highly recommend!

It was very good pizza. One of my top 10. It was a little bit on the small side. Thanks to shrinkflation. Thanks, Joe B
Took my kids out to lunch after a doctors appointment. They were not staffed to have people dine in but they made it work. They had us look over the menu, place our orders and then sit where ever we wanted. Food came out staggered when ready per our request. My son liked the pizza, my daughter liked the spaghetti, I got the spaghetti and meatballs and I felt it was a little boring with not enough sauce, but it filled me up. The woman running the counter made our experience enjoyable, making sure we had everything we needed even though they didn't have a dining room staff member.
I got the Apple dessert. The crust was burnt and they didn’t add the icing. Very disappointing.

Great pizza at a great price. I've never understood why this place isn't more popular. I love that the toppings go out to the edge.
