Pretzel Bites are okay. Sometimes too hard to chew. And they are always, always out of cream cheese or too lazy to make it. Not sure since it's always out. 1/5 times it's available.

My daughter turned 10 last week and she was so excited to have a Pink Dancer birthday cake made by the Cookie Company!? I picked it up today, took it home and put it in the microwave to keep it safe from my food driven Golden Retriever!! However, a family member took it out of the microwave to warm something up and forgot to put it back in and the dog ate a 1/4 of the cake!! I immediately brought it back to the Cookie Company and they were EXTREMELY understanding and made me a new one within 15 minutes at no extra cost!!!?♥️ Their customer service is top-notch here!!! I would highly recommend??? ? ??

This location made a quadruple-layer birthday cookie cake for a party and it was such a hit! We can’t wait to get a cake for our next event!
The ONLY good thing that came out of visiting this location of Great American Cookie Company/Pretzelmaker was the pretzel bites themselves. Every thing else was terrible. The cookie was inedible, no food was prepared at all on arrival, and the cherry on top was getting stared and snickered at by some disrespectful teenagers for the entire duration of our visit. To think that we spend our hard earned money for such a disgraceful experience is truly appalling. Wish there was a zero star option.
