I usually dont leave bad reviews but... I Walked in, looked around, seen how dirty the place was & was turned off. There was literally one other customer there & the bartender. Bartender gave me a snarky comment so I just left lol.

I had a very disappointing experience at Jed in Maumee, Ohio, specifically with an employee named Caylee. The way I was treated was unprofessional, dismissive, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
I came in expecting basic respect and customer service, but instead I was spoken to in a rude and careless manner. Caylee showed no patience, no empathy, and no effort to resolve the situation. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer.
What made it worse is that nothing was done to correct the issue or acknowledge how poorly I was treated. The lack of accountability and professionalism left a really bad impression of this location.
I would not recommend Jed Maumee if this is the standard of service they allow. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and that was not my experience here at all.

This is my wife's and I new go to spot when waiting for my sons baseball practice to be over with. The service is quick and friendly the entire visit. The food is always cooked to order fresh and I mean fresh. They have some of the best tasting burgers, chunks, or wings you can get in the area. Very laid back atmosphere also have pool tables, dart boards, and 2 golf simulators. Check this spot out no matter the occasion.

The owner is an absolute joke. I showed up to place a to go order for my kids and I. I drank a couple of beers while I was waiting. 45 minutes later the bar tender tells me that the kitchen won't make my order. Bar tender is in tears because she's embarrassed about the business. Don't bother spending your money here.
Nice try on your response. I wasn't made aware of your limited to go menu, which is ridiculous by the way. If I had known, I wouldn't have stayed for an hour waiting for my food. And I didn't walk out on my tab. She told me that she would cover it for my troubles. I left her a ten dollar tip because I knew it wasn't her fault. You have a bunch of one star reviews, maybe do better.

Jed’s never misses. The atmosphere is laid-back, the staff stays on top of things, and the food hits every time. It’s the kind of spot where you walk in and know you’re going to get exactly what you came for. Consistent, clean, and genuinely solid all around. Highly recommend.

The food was fresh, consistent, and way better than what most places around here are putting out. The whole experience just had that “they actually care” vibe. We used to LOVE Jed’s when we lived in Toledo. We came back into town and were excited to eat at a Jed’s. This was easy the most disgusting, run down, restaurant I have ever stepped into. It was FILTHY and looked like no one cared about it. We sat at a table for awhile and after visiting the bathroom and getting a good look around we RAN out of there. Enter at your own risk. Gross is not a strong enough word to describe this place.

You can tell that the very short owner has an issue with anyone over 5 foot. Including females. He is always oddly talking about drugs I think he may be doing them in the restaurant.
