Haven't been to a Jimmy John's for YEARS! Food was very tasty, but my husband & I weren't prepared for the explosive diarrhea we BOTH had the next day! Awful! Unexpected! Horrible! We won't be back ever, now!
I eat at Jimmy John’s all over because I travel for work. I stopped at this one and wanted to use a gift card I received for Christmas. The machine would not accept the gift card. I went outside and called customer service (who answered almost right away.. a real live person!) the lady on the phone helped the associate through the process of accepting this gift card.
