Haven't been to a Jimmy John's for YEARS! Food was very tasty, but my husband & I weren't prepared for the explosive diarrhea we BOTH had the next day! Awful! Unexpected! Horrible! We won't be back ever, now!
I eat at Jimmy John’s all over because I travel for work. I stopped at this one and wanted to use a gift card I received for Christmas. The machine would not accept the gift card. I went outside and called customer service (who answered almost right away.. a real live person!) the lady on the phone helped the associate through the process of accepting this gift card. I was a little worried at first I couldn’t get the money back off of this card, but it finally went through...
Good was good. Would have given 5 starts but the person that took my order must have been new and when I asked for lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and peppers on my sandwich he said it comes on it so he didn't put it on the order. Well it didn't come on it. But other than that it was good.
