Never seems organized when I order from here. The online ordering says the order is ready, but I showed up a few minutes late and going on 15 minutes later the food still isn’t ready. You would think for Sunday being probably their busiest day they would staff more and have more food ready to go during dinner time. You would probably be better ordering during the week, earlier in the day, or just a different location all together.
Said it’d be ready at 6:05. Didn’t get acknowledgment till 6:15-20ish. Didn’t get food till 6:35.
The people working seemed ok, so maybe it’s the owner that needs to up the schedule template.
Edit- just got home and the large Mac I paid for wasn’t completely filled and I paid for 6 extra drum sticks and only received 1. I guess the employees are also incompetent.

Went to the drive thru. Order a 3 piece meal with mac&Cheese and mashed potatoes. Got home I got a 3 piece tenders cold mac&Cheese and 2 of the pie poppers. No mashed potatoes.

Had lobby closed at 7pm. Had to wait in the drive thru for 15 mins for a door dash pickup on a multiple delivery order. A staffed member motioned drive thru and was sitting on the curb in the parking lot ripping a cigarette and eating food.
My son went got us some chicken from here last night and it was burnt and very nasty!!!!!!!! Never had burnt kfc chicken to me this was an insult!!!

Instead of just giving me a side that they didn't put in the bag when I told them it was missing, they stood there and argued with me about it!! Worst customer service ever! Decided to just leave without the extra side I paid for instead of arguing about it. So ridiculous!!

Absolutely the worst food I have ever gotten from a KFC. Chicken was over cooked and dried out, biscuits were broken up, potatoes were extra dry. Will NEVER return to this location. Would give them a 0 star if I could. Advice is to just go elsewhere.

Ordered on the app, picked up my food, in my way home tried to eat one of the fries which were cold, I think I got one that had been sitting for a while. Chicken tenders were very dry, tough and small. Worst food I've gotten in a while. Only thing good today was the cole slaw and the dips for the tenders. Never again!
