They just stole money from me, ordered on their site for delivery, and these fools canceled my order, won't answer phone and now I'm out my money since I didn't get my food. They gave it to someone else. Don't order delivery from this place

This KFC location is a disaster. It is a bit closer to me but last 2 experiences ... really got me thinking, should I ever buy from this location. First time, ordered through the app to get there and being told: 'we don't have products', had to get money back through the KFC, location should have just canceled the order and never processed the charge. Second time, order again, get there, door is locked in the middle of the day. Had to wait 25 minutes in the drive-thru to pick up the order that is almost cold, still, if you're short on stuff, why'd you lock the door and still take app orders and make it just sit there, I can’t pick it up due to front door being locked. Plus, this store has no tables, so front is just really can be utilized for pickups and maybe rarely somebody might want to wait for the order at the front.

The big woman taking orders at the drive thru is extremely rude and has an attitude problem when you make her do her job or stand up, there's a child that is in the kitchen all of the time running around and touching people's food and everything else, the service is horrible

This place is absolutely ridiculous, the big woman who takes orders at the drive-thru is extremely rude and has an attitude anytime you say something to her, there is a child running around the kitchen area where it is NOT safe at all for a child to be, the big woman is sitting down the whole time and acts like it's a burden when you ask her to give you a receipt because she has to get off her chair and stand up to do it, this place is horrible.
There chicken is good, I have a problem when I pay for four pieces of chicken, all I get is two and a biscuit after repeating my order more than once, they should never get my order wrong, I order the same thing almost every single night, they had the nerve to hang up on me twice when I called to complain about my order, I will never come back.
