The food is good when you eat the food there, but it just isn’t as good when you get take out. I got the Chorizo Fundido and brought it home. I live one minute away. When I tried to eat it with chips it was hard and the cheese stuck to the foil tin. I scraped it out into a bowl and put it in the microwave for less than a minute. It got hot again but it was like rubber. I couldn’t dip my chips in it because they broke. I used a spoon, but it was so rubbery I stopped trying after two bites. I was really looking forward to it too ☹️

We ate here during a recent trip and were very happy with our dining experience. Complementary chips and salsa were brought almost immediately after being seated (even before our server came). Food quality was very good, it was brought out quickly and served very hot. Service was excellent! I love restaurants like this make customer experience a top priority by allowing any server to help at any table without being bothersome. We even had a live musician during dinner, which was a nice perk. A small knock would be that it's a bit crowded and noisy, but nothing that would keep me from going again.

La Fiesta in Maumee is truly a gem in our community. The ambiance and food quality are awesome. We’ve enjoyed a variety of dishes and desserts on multiple occasions, and each experience has been excellent. We highly recommend it!

We had just arrived late at the Hampton Inn across the street and were starving. There isn't that much around and we were looking for something local and decided to take a chance and try the Mexican restaurant across the street. Who would have thought such a great Mexican place in Maumee, OH!! The food was fantastic and very delicious. We had the steak fajitas, the street tacos, and the pollo loco. The Skinny Maragarita was huge, but I was not impressed by the frozen margarita. But this was the only downside the service was amazing and the food was awsome. If you are ever in the area and looking for a great place to eat other than those fast food places, pick La Fiesta.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit on Monday afternoon. We ordered off the lunch menu and thought they were dinner portions! It was very filling. All 3 of us loved the delicious food, the spotless restaurant, the good music and the cozy atmosphere. Our waiter was very efficient and attentive. Everyone greeted us with a smile. We will definitely be visiting again when we are in the area!
