Fish serving size was small, dry, and old. Not much flavor either. Waffle fries were terrible and old. They only give you a couple of packs of tartar sauce anymore. The thank you level of doing business there is about the same as a McDonald's. Very poor. I'm not going back for sure.

Waited an hour in the drive thru for our food because only 2 people were working. The food is cold, the hush puppies are burnt and they were out of tartar sauce. All for meh food. Never again.
Horrible food my chicken wasn't even hot or warm like stale my friend fish same way Horrible fries luke warm hushpuppy too only think was good fries order machine broke down the employees rude took while get the food wasn't even good definitely not go there again

We went in to eat and employees were in back and had to be called several times for help .The coleslaw was bad( like water). Three people inside complained. The cocktail sauce was rancid and only an inch in the bottom of dispenser.The place was filthy. No toilet paper.over flowing garbage inside and out. Shorted us food and while we were there only 3 people inside and 1 at the drive thru and everyone of them got shorted also.

The food, 3 piece chicken meal, was super fresh. I had to wait to eat it so it could cool down. The service at the drive thru was also very fast. As to how it was, you either like the food they serve or you don't. To me, the only way it's ever bad if it's warm/cold instead of fresh from the fryer.
My food wasn’t done the batter on my fish was so thick and mushy, the fries were cold and I’ve tried repeatedly to call with a complaint and no answer 😡
You need to update your website. If a location is closed people should NOT be able to order from there. VERY INCONVENIENT and i want my money back.
We ended up with fish that didn't even have the breading cooked all the way. Also there is only one person inside working the whole entire restaurant which means it took us over half an hour to get our food through the drive-thru since obviously the inside was closed.

We spent an hour in the drive through line. We had one person take our money and then we watched her drive away. No one came back to the window. I went inside, after knocking repeatedly on the window with no response. There were easily 15 people lined up inside waiting for food with no employees visible. When the employee finally showed up, she tried to take our order. When we expressed our frustration we were told there were only two people working and we needed to give them time to cook the food. The shrimp in my order had been sitting there by the window since the first employee took our payment. While the fish was hot, the fried shrimp was cold. There was obviously no communication between the different shifts. Overall, the worst service I have ever gotten at any fast food restaurant. I will not be returning

It’s sad that I have to sit at a screen for 10 min with no amasser then I pull up to the window just to sit for another 10 min and nobody came to the window. Must be nice to get paid to hide from the customers like 2 year olds bout to get a whoopin.

DISGUSTING!! Waited 30 minutes for garbage. Chicken tasted like pure salt, fish had so much breading on it, it was hard to eat, the hush puppies were absolutely hard as a rock could not even eat them. Green beans were okay but very spicy. Unless you're going to eat inside I would not recommend going through the drive-thru you'll never know what you're going to get!!!!

Ordered online. Arrived and notified the drive thru attendant I had a mobile order. 10 mins later I Arrived at the drive thru window only to be ignored for another 10 mins. After the wait at the window, a young lady came to the window to ask me what my order was. Then proceeded to give me the wrong thing... very disappointed at this location. Communication was poor, order fulfillment was poor and overall service was unfavorable.

I came here this morning to pick up my online order and called to ask if they were open because it had been awhile before I was helped and in a calm and completely formal manner I was told the lobby and drive thru were closed temporarily because there was only one employee and she still created my order and was very sweet and kind! Give that lady a raise or something for going above and beyond! Also Long John needs to get her some more workers in there who are willing to work please she does not deserve that!

We left because they didn't have tartar sauce. Then I was going to get chicken and they didn't have mayonnaise so we said we're leaving.
