While I do like Long John Silver's for certain things. I think the workers are not paying attention or just not caring for the past two or three times that I've got food from there I ended up not having all of my items. It's just disappointing to get all the way where you're going and then find out that you don't have all of your food that you paid for

All the food was cold. I only got half my order and then to make matter worse i was the only customer it’s not busy AT ALL but they can’t answer the phone to make my order right! I can’t believe they still in business how sluggish production is at this location. I do not recommend i just want my money back at this point i was better off at McDonald’s !!

We got a number 6 and a number 10 . The box was halfway filled.No condiments we got burnt stuff on our fries, our fish, our chicken.It looked like the fryer hadn't been clean

Was surprised to learn there is a long John silvers down the road from my job. The drive through was awkward and muddy. No tartar sauce for my fish after I already paid. The chicken was a very weird rubbery texture. Undesirable. No thanks. The corn was dry and shriveled . The fish and cole slaw were good though. Rather disappointed. 2 out of 10.

Rolled up and immediately got told that they were out of basically all of their sauces... As a fish restaurant... How are you out of tartar sauce and ketchup...
It's a bland dull restaurant..but the food is always great..service can be slow..and if you go through the drive thru with truck you always end up curb checking because of tight drive thru

Had to wait almost 30 minutes for my food. Was not given the sauces I requested. And they forgot the hush puppies that was included with the family meal I paid for.
