The food, 3 piece chicken meal, was super fresh. I had to wait to eat it so it could cool down. The service at the drive thru was also very fast. As to how it was, you either like the food they serve or you don't. To me, the only way it's ever bad if it's warm/cold instead of fresh from the fryer.
I came here this morning to pick up my online order and called to ask if they were open because it had been awhile before I was helped and in a calm and completely formal manner I was told the lobby and drive thru were closed temporarily because there was only one employee and she still created my order and was very sweet and kind! Give that lady a raise or something for going above and beyond! Also Long John needs to get her some more workers in there who are willing to work...
While I do like Long John Silver's for certain things. I think the workers are not paying attention or just not caring for the past two or three times that I've got food from there I ended up not having all of my items. It's just disappointing to get all the way where you're going and then find out that you don't have all of your food that you paid for
