Little wait for 6:15PM on a Friday, was seated promptly. Waitress was amazing and attentive to us and the food came out at a good speed. Everything was cooked how we wanted it!

Food didn’t all come out together, 4 other meals came out 15-20 mins later.

Tonight was the worst service, took 45 minutes to get our food. And the 12oz Strip Steak looked like an 8oz. Floor was dirty too!

My family and I arrived Saturday evening at 5:50pm lets say 6:00pm. We were given an hour and half wait time which is average for a Saturday night no worries. Some of us sat in the lobby. Others sat at the bar. After an hour, we made sure we were still on the waiting list just to make sure. The host, a blonde hair taller boy tells my father we still have a bout a 30 minute wait. Perfect. I'm watching the host as my father walks away turn around, say something, and then laugh. After thirty minutes goes by, the lobby fills up with guest again. Parties of two/three/four. They're all sat. We go up to the stand, and ask if they're ready. He tells us, no, you still have fifteen minutes left. We walk away from the stand, same host, turns around says something to the other host, and laughs. an additional 30 minutes go by and at this point the lobby and gotten full several times with all smaller parties getting sat. I work for a restaurant. If they fill the restaurant with small parties, they'll still get backed up regardless. They should have made time for our party a priority after we waited the given time of an hour and thirty minutes. Not base it off of every time they get a rush of smaller tables. Each time my family went up and asked, we got an excuse, met by laughing when we walked away.

After two hours of waiting in the lobby we get sat and get our drinks. Our sever was nice and friendly and let us know that one side of the table will get their food first than the next side. That was fine. She brought out salads and soup, bread, etc. We're chatting and eating, when we notice tables around us that sat after us are getting their food first. We ignore this until another party its down at least 25/30 minutes after us. They get their drinks, apps, salads, etc. Finally, one side of our table gets their food. If you agree about steak temp or no, if someone orders well done, they want no pink. If they order it medium well there should be a hint of pink throughout but warm. My dad whose 71st birthday we're celebrating, orders well done. The steak gets to the table and there is BLOOD all over the plate. He doesn't even have to cut into it because the moment he put his knife an inch on the steak its BLEEDING. My food is cold but im a server, I don't send back food. My dads obviously had to be sent back, my nephew didn't want to send his back and my nieces lobster tail was completely cold. The other sides food hadn't arrived. They fix my dads steak, give my niece a new lobster tail and start eating. At least 30 mins have gone by and the second part of the table hasn't gotten their food including my 8 yr old nephew that's crying because he's picky and hungry and won't eat others food. Then all of a sudden, the party that arrived thirty minutes after us, got their food before the second half of our table. They were half way finished eating before the other half of our table got their food with cooked steaks that were wrong. It was so bad that the manager came out to let us know that it was indeed the backlines fault and that people didn't show up for their shift. She said she would do more investigating about the host that laughed in our faces, but this was just an incredibly poor way to celebrate our fathers birthday. IF YOU HAVE A PARTY ON THE WEEKENDS, DO NOT COME TO LONGHORN AS THEY WILL NOT WANT TO ACCOMIDATE YOU. THEYLL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO DISCOURAGE YOU FROM EATING THEIR.

The manager was kind enough to give most people discounts but some people ended up not eating at all because for the life of them they couldn't prepare a steak correctly. Even though its long horn STEAK house.

Was told it was an hour wait for a group of 10 people, then ended up waiting almost 2 hours to be seated meanwhile they kept seating smaller groups and taking takeout orders. Finally got to sit and order after waiting over 2 hours just to wait again for the food to come and watch people who came in after me and my family ordered to get their food before us. The food was horrible, multiple orders were wrong. Not a good experience at all.

This is our absolute favorite steakhouse, they bring free bread to your table while you wait. The steak is always cooked perfectly, tender and full of flavor. Yesterday, we ate there for our first wedding anniversary, they didn't have any more baked potatoes so I got the mac 'n cheese as a substitute and believe me when I say, it was very delicious!

The food was really good. The waitress was EXCELLENT. I don't think I've ever been to a Longhorn. Its no Marble Room but its definitely better than Outback.

If you like salty overcooked steak, a salad consisting mainly of huge lettuce leaves, weak coffee and horrendous service—-then this is the restaurant for you. Never again !
