Absolutely the worst steak I've ever had. The Longhorn porterhouse was a half inch thick absolutley zero seasoning. Normally i only use a very little salt so I don't expect a crazy amount of seasoning. I'm not sure what boiled steak would taste like but I'd imagine this is it. I managed to suffer swallowing 3 bites before deciding it's dog food. Still not sure if it's good enough for my dogs. Complete waste of money. The appetizers were ok. Drinks came incredibly slow.

I took my hubby in for his birthday. It wasn't busy. Took forever to get our ice tea's. The appetizers took 45 minutes and was cold. Our salads were kind of wilted and the end pieces by the stalk. Our steak's over done and not good. We had lobster and shrimp. Don't order the 2 bite lobster. Shrimp over cooked. Won't ever go back. I just payed and we left.

My fillet was overcooked no seasoning on it at all very bland. I didn’t even eat the rest that was on my plate. I didn’t take photos. Service was average nothing special. The atmosphere was very congested crowded and crammed.

If I could give them a zero I would. We called 4 hours before we were going to arrive and spoke to two different hostesses who told us we could call 20 minutes out and they would put us on the wait list. We call them and they said we cannot go on the wait list till all 12 of our party is at the restaurant. What is a waitlist for if we can't go on it? So when we finally got to the restaurant the wait was almost 3 and 1/2 hours. Wow! You just lost our business and the Mexican restaurant accommodated Us in 15 minutes and got our business. Stay away

We came for lunch and while it was a bit busy when we arrived, the crown tamed down about 20 min of us being there. We were seated right away and the waiter took our order, but then seemed to forget about us. No complementary bread, no refills, and wrong food was brought out. Maybe you will have better luck!

Did not have a good experience. Everything was fine until the food arrived. My wife ordered the 6 oz filet and we’re sure they served her a sirloin instead. Cut was not tender, had fat along a side, and was dry and chewy (ordered medium). To compound the issue, after delivering the food, waitress did not return for 20 minutes after the rest of us were done eating. Very disappointing food and service. We asked to remove the filet charge from our bill which was done without issue. Before we went to Longhorn our family debated whether to go to Outback or Longhorn, we made the wrong choice.

Usually a good experience but tonight got told it was 45 minutes for 2 sides !! Even at peak hours sides should never take that long if the kitchen staff is properly trained as well as the ladies who take the orders . Last couple trips have actually been less to my liking I’ll probably just drive across tow to Talmadge

Just had a great dinner, flo's fillet with garlic parm crusted chicken. Very good. What made it better is our fabulous waitress, Michelle C. Quite possibly the best waitress we have ever had. This is the second time she served us and both times consistently awesome. So friendly and attentive. She will most definitely be my waitress for future visits.

Nice place. Waited about half an hour on a Saturday night for a group of five which wasn't bad.
The waitress was very good. Kept drinks filled and got everything we needed
Got two appetizers. Shrimp and the onion things. Tonions. Thought there could possibly be more per order. But they were good.
On to the food. Our 3 steaks were all cooked to order. I personally ordered the salmon and shrimp combo. The shrimp and the salmon came out hot. The three steaks must have sat around waiting on the salmon or something because they were all cold.
One steak got sent back. The other two did not because we've all seen "Waiting" lol. Except for her. Lol.
Anyways, that steak came back reheated and she was good with it.
Then we ordered dessert which was amazing.
I would actually give it like a 4.5 because we were there for the steaks and it was disappointing coming out cold like that. But everything else was awesome. It was on the expensive side but everything we got was pretty good.
