Missing items. This place has never gotten our order correct. Haven't ordered from them in a long time. I am sick so thought I'd try one more time. Our delivery driver was the rudest person I have ever came in contact with. Tall, young, clean shaved driving black car. Good thing he snagged his tip before he decided to be rude. Never again!!!! I will continue to drive to rugby location who has great service and wonderful staff. Maumee location should be embarrassed for the unprofessional staff. They are here to serve the customers. Instead you treat some as if they are a inconvenience for you.

My boyfriend and I ordered food last night and beings that I worked here In the past I expected it to not be as terrible as it truly was. Poor pizza had a gel line thicker than my grandma's christmas pudding and the crust itself is flimsy as all hell. Whoever was at cut table obviously struggled because I had to recut it when we got home . And don't get me started on the extra cheese bread that didn't come with any extra cheese but with extra pieces instead. Whatever. I would've been fired for less, and matter fact, i was. Do better yall. Seriously.

Nothing but good experiences but tonight really stood out. ordered pizza and went to pick it up. we waited a little longer then normal and the manager noticed and decided to comp our meal. There ovens went down and they were really behind. She was slammed trying to get orders out but still noticed how long we were waiting. I want to recognize the manager, the store and the employees for doing such a great job.

I have ordered pizza from here multiple times and have always had great experiences! The pizza and other items all taste great. Delivery has always been very fast. I highly recommend this Marcos!
Rude holland Marcos terrible customer service. Placed an order, google/the app/ everything shows delivery available place an order only to get a phone call they are pickup only conveniently five minutes before I placed my order. I then go on to ask a few questions only to get told they cannot control Google or their app. Ended with getting hung up on no resolution no apology. I have ordered from this family local business for over 10+ years and well there are many other options out there. You clearly did not want or need the business a simply apology would have suffice. Do not recommend sad to say i loved this pizza but your rude guy that answering that phone at your holland store just lost my business and was peddy enough i took the time to write this out. #HangUpNowMarcos

Lately it's been a chore to order from Marcos. Neither their website nor their app would accept my address and kept giving me error messages (address invalid or needs zip code). I called the maumee location tonight and they told me they weren't delivering tonight. I get that, maybe they didn't have any drivers show up. So I call the rugby location. They tell me they're delivering and I'm thinking, great, I can order here. I give them my address and they say "sorry you can only order pickup from your location because you're in the maumee area". ???I'll NEVER order from the Glendale location again because the last time I did, they didn't deliver my pizza and argued with me when I said I didn't get it. They delivered to the wrong apartment but they thought that that was good enough that they delivered it to SOMEONE. And then the manager was rude and argumentative when I wanted my money back. All in all not a good look Marcos
